The owner (who immigrated from Calabria in the 60s) was very kind, giving us time for a chat and letting us try their excellent products complete with an espresso at the end. “I love the VEAL CHOPS !! I'm extremely picky about my meats and so is my wife. Our steaks are only Wagyu that I source from an official vendor online. We don't eat anything that's not the finest quality ! Center Cuts is my only local source for meat. Everything they have is high quality !! One of my favorite treats is the creamed spinach !! VEAL CHOPS are so tender that a knife isn't required.”
“There are a few butcher shops on authur ave but for me this is my favorite. This place will literally do whatever you want them to do to a cut of meat. They also carry things like duck, lamb, rabbit, quail, and a few other more exotic meats if you're into that kind of stuff. Great place and make sure you ask for Jimmy he is a true professional!”

“I ordered both the sweet Italian Sausage and burgers via Goldbelly. I have not tried the burgers yet and I will update this review when I do, but that sweet Italian Sausage was absolutely delicious! I cooked mine in my convection toaster oven and the were fantastic. I loved that the sausage was packed, airtight, in individual packages making it so convenient to freeze and use as desired! Prompt shipment and delivery! Carefully packages to protect the contents for perfect arrival! THANK YOU SO MUCH!”
