In April 2024 I had issues with my car and I want to leave this review to say how authentic and amazing this car center and experience was!
It's very rare to find an honest car mechanic!
I'm a bit late with writing this review due to some distractions, But I finally got around to it!
I was only charged an extremely minimal amount for what could have been exploited by other car mechanics...
Long story short
This is the most honest and reliable center you could bring your car to in the local area!

And not only that! At the time of fixing my car there was an eclipse, and my son and I didn't have eclipse glasses...
The manager there was nice and offered us his pair of eclipse glasses to check out the sun!

“I was in the middle of a trip from Pennsylvania to western Massachusetts when my 2012 CRV started thunking hard. I thought I had a flat but none of my tire indicators were on, nor any of my engine lights. I pulled off the highway and parked on the side of the road in a residential area and started investigating, which for me means kicking the tires and checking the oil. I'd just had the brakes done, but I couldn't see anything loose. A neighbor walked up, asked if he could help, but the problem seemed bigger than either of us could fathom. That's when he recommended this service station. I pulled in at about 9 o'clock on a Saturday morning, and the place was hopping. The owner came out, listened to my story, and said he might or might not be able to get to it today because his guys were leaving at 1 PM. I didn't have a lot of options, driving to the service station made me very nervous because of the clunk and clatter, so I parked the car, called around, and started calculating the cost of having my car towed 160 miles to home.Joao, the owner, came out to check on me, and I told him I hadn't found any other service stations that could help. He said he'd squeeze me in. His mechanic drove it into the bay and figured out the problem in one minute. Loose tire. As in, one of the bolts was about to pop out and the rest were wriggling free. I shudder to think what would've happened if I had been on the Hutch when the driver side front tire decided to separate from the vehicle!All of us breathed a huge sigh of relief. The mechanic double checked my new back brakes, tightened all the Lugnuts, and then they sent me to the local bagel shop with a list of pastries and coffee for the team. This was the lucky, lucky day I got to buy everybody breakfast as compensation for the repairs. Otherwise, no charge.As a musician on the road, I've had my share of breakdowns and emergencies. All in all, I've been really lucky, and today was no exception. If you're in a pinch, I recommend Joao and his friendly, efficient team without reservation.”

“I was lucky enough to get Steve as my Salesperson. I had called about a used trade in and from start to finish felt like I was buying a brand new Range Rover by the way I was treated. Steve was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, responsive. He even gave me pink plates for my daughters car. Vinny also helped out and was just as wonderful. They also went above and beyond detailing the 2017 vehicle I was picking up which I did not expect at all. They made it look brand new for me! I would highly recommend Jaguar New Rochelle. “Just got an inspection done. I was sitting at a Dunkin' Donuts a few minutes down the road while waiting for my car. About 45 minutes later I see someone standing in front of me. He had brought me my car key and completed inspection report and told me to just go back to the station and pay. Amazing service.”
“Late Friday night I went out to my car and discovered I had a flat... rim on rubber on pavement, totally flat. With no spare in the trunk, I tried using the fix-a-flat, but it didn't work. I called AAA, who said a tow truck would take 2 hours to reach me... but Eddie showed up in 10 minutes!
I had asked AAA to tow me up to Poughkeepsie, to a Mavis Tire near my home, but Eddie recommended a 24/7 tire shop in the Bronx if I wanted to take care of it right away. There was no pressure, he was completely willing to drive 2 hours round-trip to get me up to Poughkeepsie.
30 minutes after I said yes to the Bronx tire shop, I had a new (used) tire on my car and I was driving home safely.
Super quick response time and amazing customer service, I would recommend Eddie and C&C Automotive to anyone who needs a tow in the New Rochelle area!”
