My staircase runner and hallway had very dated carpet. They had an amazing selection to choose from. There was always someone to help me that was knowledgeable and patient. I was able to take some samples home so I could make a decision. The carpet came in quicker than expected. I really love the results and would highly recommend Allen Carpet.

I was referred to Allen Carpet by a client over 10 years ago and continued working with them time after time on my client's residential and commercial interior design projects. I have continued working with Allen Carpet because of a great salesperson named Mustaf. He and his team in New Rochelle treated me like family and offered excellent customer service many times over the years. Now, I even work with Mustaf and his team on several projects my firm has completed outside Westchester in New York City.

Very satisfied with the work you did overall. I am particularly impressed with the workmanship of the flooring at the front door. The carpeting was installed perfectly. The workers were so careful when moving furniture and put everything back the way they found it. They even went the extra mile and reconnected our electronic devices in the living room.

We had our floors done less than a year ago. They were supposed to be refinished with gaps in the parquet filled in.The filler from all of the cracks have already popped out and there are large gaps in the parquet that I need to fill or have another company fill.I would love to say that Allen made good on their business but I left them a message a week ago and I'm still awaiting a call. I mentioned that I didn't want a refund but did want to know if there was a was it could be fixed and I'm willing to give second chances.If they can't even call me back after saying I don't want a refund.....what else is there?
