I had an emergency and needed a cleaner to steam/iron a robe for me. When I called, they missed the call but Mike called back as soon as he saw the missed call. I was in and out in under 15 mins. The staff was very cordial and professional. I highly recommend Absolute Cleaners. Thank you Mike and staff.

I had an excellent experience with this dry cleaner! Their service was fast, efficient, and the results were impeccable. My clothes came back looking and smelling fresh. I am probably an isolated case but I had the worst experience with this cleaner. I trusted them with my most delicate item a few times and they always retuned them as stained as they were when I brough them in. Last time I brought in a silk chiffon Burberry dress, very delicate and expensive. I asked them to please take particular care because the fabric was extremely delicate. As always the dress came back stained and I had to bring it back to be rewashed. The second time the stains came out but the fabric was very visibly pulled in the front so that the dress was no longer wearable. The owner told me he was going to fix it. They kept the dress for 3 months and never returned my calls asking for the status of these dress. Finally I needed to put my foot down and oblige them to return the dress that it is still damaged and not wearable. When I went to pick up the dress the owner was there and acted like I wasn't even there, visibly annoyed at me. So I spoke to him and only then he apologies. Not a business I would recommend.

The cleaners lost my shirts and tried to solve the issue by giving me someone else's clothing that apparently had been abandoned. When I attempted to talk to the owner and his son about taking responsibility for their error, their response was reactionary and unrepentant. 0 Stars.

Easy drop off and pick up. Professional service and Tailoring. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. The computer system is top notch. If you loose your ticket all you need is the phone number you provided them on record. They even have home pick up and delivery service.

Love this local cleaner! They do a wonderful job with any of your clothing needs from shirts, pants, and general laundry. I particularly appreciate how friendly and service oriented the staff are. You are greeted with a hello and smile and you can see how hard they work as the cleaning is done in house. Prices are reasonable with your clothing returned in a timely manner. Have an issue with a broken button? No problem just bring the item back next time. Enjoy!

I started using them around 2019, for the period that I used them they damaged Four of my clothes. I gave specific instructions to them for the care of my clothes they never follow the instructions. Management was rude refused to take responsibility for what they did to my clothes. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE MONEY YOU SPENT ON YOUR GARMENTS LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I've used Absolute a few times and they are always fantastic. Today's delivery reminded me that they deserve a 5 star review for how excellent their service is. They do not miss a detail! I attached a photo of one of my shirts that they cleaned. They stuffed the sleeves to maintain the shape. Are you kidding me? That's elite service. This is the pinnacle of quality and convenience. I drop my dry cleaning at the front desk of my apartment building and they pick it up. It's returned to the front desk and they charge my card on file. Doesn't get much easier than that! If you appreciate quality, have a knack for fashion, need convenience, and/or want a better dry cleaning experience; Absolute is absolutely the answer.

As a business strategist along with 19 years in the hospitality industry; I am not easily impressed. However, I am blown away by Absolute cleaners. When I initially called I requested to have the driver come up and pick up my laundry, bc I have a neck injury. Usually, this is not part of their service they leave in ur lobby with concierge which is still amazing. Issue w me right now is 3 herniated discs in my neck. Within 5 mins a very sweet girl called back by the name of Marisal and assisted to this request. I was so grateful. I am extremely meticulous & OCD with my things and requests. Sometimes annoyingly so she was calm and dealt w my requests respectfully, calmly and was assertively. The prompt response was impressive. Absolute offers Same day pickup within a few hrs 80lbs of laundry was picked up. They do next day drop off too for wash & fold and dry cleaning. And delivery it to ur home . Phenomenal business concept. Impressive to say the least! It is worth every penny. Esp for the convenience. I was unaware that throw blankets are a separate additional charge. When Mike called to explain; I was not pleasant w him and to be honest was not going to use them permanently (considering I had a lady who did my laundry private as well as being irritated ) UNTIL he dealt w my irritation and was kind enough to wash the throw as a pound price. I was blown away by him and Barry. Why you may ask; bc nothing in life is for free nor do owners care enough to help their customers on this level. Barry & Mike are extremely professional, kind, assertive & understanding. They will exceed your expectations by all means! This establishment deserves a 5 star review all around. Hands down!!!!

Have been using this cleaner for years, they do a fantastic job. I brought in a dress to be altered extremely last minute and they were able to do it for me in one hour. Not to mention the staff is all very lovely. Highly recommend !Service: Alterations

Since discovering Absolute Cleaners, I have not been disappointed. The staff knows who I am even though I don't visit very often and the service is the same each time. What I really appreciate is the great care they give to my clothing and their delivery services which for those of us working business hours, is such a huge plus.
