I go in to get my eyebrows waxed - told the woman just shape them up DONT make them too thin... the way this lady did the exact opposite. So upset but whatever, theyll grow back I guess.

Yesterday I called early in the morning and was able to get an appointment for later that day. I arrived 15 minutes early and they took me right in. My nails were done very poorly by a different salon where my hard gel set was peeling up. The technician was able to get off all the old gel and rebuild all the messed up hard gel underneath and also was able to do this beautiful design that I had came in with a reference photo for. Perfect job!

Two different times I walked in to see if they had someone available to give me a pedicure, and both times, the attitude was, "How dare you try to give us business without an appointment!" In contrast, I went to Angel Nails down the road and was treated courteously, despite the fact that it was near their closing time, and given a pedicure. I'm not used to being treated so discourteously, I would rather not get used to it, and I wouldn't book an appointment here because of the nasty attitude (and because I like to be able to walk in and get a pedicure when the mood strikes me).

I used to enjoy visiting Nail&Spa in New Paltz Plaza, but my recent experience left much to be desired. Opting for a pedicure and full leg waxing, I had hoped for a cozy moment of relaxation and pampering. Unfortunately, my assigned esthetician, a young girl, lacked the professionalism I had anticipated. She rushed through the pedicure, skipping steps like massaging my feet, and her lack of experience was evident during the waxing process.The waxing room itself was cramped and disorganized, with an untidy floor and unclean utensils. Disappointingly, after the so-called "waxing," I was handed an oily clump of cotton wool to clean myself. While I didn't expect a high-end treatment, the $120 price tag for this sloppy and underwhelming experience felt quite excessive and unjustified.Service: Pedicure

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!Very dissatisfied with this nail salon. Paid $100 for a full set when the sign says $65. I did get French but don't understand how the price would go up $35. The nails did look nice so I paid and did not question it. 3 days later 2 of my nails broke, from the acrylic being too thin and not done properly. Went and got them fixed and 2 days later another 3 nails broke. I went back and got them fixed which I was charged $10. Today now 3 of my nails are lifted. Do not recommend this nail salon!!!

This was my first time at this salon. I'm relatively new to the area and was tired of driving to Poughkeepsie to get my nails done. Unfortunately this will be my last time at this salon. Their technique to get the power gel off was so odd. My nails are uneven and so incredibly thick. Maybe I just got a bad technician but can't say I'll try again to find out.
