Trevor stood out from our very first communication and I received calls from many agents wanting to list our property.
Trevor, however, made it clear he’s not just about getting a listing. He’s about making sure what he can provide, matches what we were trying to accomplish.
He’s also knows how to effectively market a property. He creates a buzz that resulted in a bidding war and ultimately an offer that far exceeded what we thought was possible. I would recommend Trevor to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

Trevor was extremely helpful through all phases of our recent purchase (as buyers) of a summer home in NY. We appreciated his candor, honesty, and work ethic. He helped navigate several complicated issues in the contract. And he helped us buy a quality home for a great price in a desirable area -- actually site unseen until the very end.
