Shut off my internet for no reason, charged me for new equipment because I needed new equipment for some reason. All in the middle of my work day. I now hate spectrum with a passion, was lied to about my bill. Please DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Spectrum as a whole is a terrible company; there are discrepancies across the board between what the customer service person and the individual users see on their respective screens. I repeat - SPECTRUM IS THE WORST 'SERVICE' PROVIDER!!!!
A salesperson sold me a cell plan saying the IMEI number was compatible - it was not. The ensuing process of trying to return the phone back to use with my former provider - AFTER ONLY A FEW HRS. ON SPECTRUM - proved futile. MY PHONE IS NOW RENDERED USELESS!!!!! Sorry Spectrum New Paltz... someone has to get a one star reveiw...

I brought my phone into the New Paltz store and Dionne fixed my GPS issue within 5 minutes. She was such a pleasure to work with! My experience reinforced how convenient it is to be able to go into a store and have a problem taken care of.

Wow, I am anxious to immediately post this thoroughly POSITIVE review! My customer representative Dionne Coston, was amazing on 8/18/2023: friendly, patient, competent, and SUPER clam as she transacted the several matters for which I visited. I made the carrier switch to Spectrum and am VERY pleased. YAY!

Dionne was so friendly and helpful. She offered solutions, walked me through the leasing process, gave me tips & advice, and overall it was an amazing experience. They have unlimited data for $29 a month, you get $600 off right now for Samsungs, their coverage is good, it’s kind of an all around win. First con is that you need to be a spectrum customer already. Idk anyone around here who isn’t though. Second con is you can’t pick up the phones! There’s so many options & they have so many on display, but they’re locked stationary- stinks if you’re trying to test cameras. Regardless, I totally recommend this store!
