Anna has been my fitness trainer for 5 years. My goals were to lose weight that I had gained as a result of a sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy eating and prescription medication. She taught me the principles of exercise and eating that I apply and my body is far more healthy than any other time in my life. My body weight is 35 pounds lighter and I am maintaining that loss which is the hardest part of any weight loss goal. Anna is always positive, she works me hard and wants to see me succeed. I needed a fitness coach who took an interest in my goals and Anna has supported me. I am so appreciative that her business is in my community. I highly recommend her to anyone who is unhappy with their body weight. She will get you through it!

I highly recommend Anna of Sage Fitness New Paltz. First of all, she has expertise; she is educated, certified and informed in fitness, nutrition and health. Secondly, she has demonstrated a genuine interest in my success, and her belief in my ability to make healthy changes has helped me stay focused on my weight loss and fitness goals. Anna is an excellent cheerleader and a role model of “walking the talk,” in regards to her own life choices. Anna has helped me to change the way that I think about the food I eat, and given me the support to reflect on my choices and return to feeling like the athlete I once considered myself to be. Finally, Anna helps her clients to set attainable goals. She clearly documents a personal plan, diligently records progress made, and is open, honest and knowledgeable about changes that should be considered to make forward progress. I am so grateful to Anna for her personal attention to my needs and feel that I am finally making permanent modifications to my everyday life that I can maintain. Sage Fitness has supported me reaching my health goals through strength training, weightloss, nutrition and health coaching. Her studio is in a lovely private setting. I have been training with Anna for 12 years. I look forward to each session because I know I need it. She prepares us by stretching out before the main work out and stretching after. Anna looks out for our preexisting injuries and can give me an alternative exercise. .She can suggest food alternatives if you have concerns with changing your body or reducing sugar, increasing protein with fiber. She teaches us about our muscle groups and how we can change for the better.I can’t say enough about how encouraging and great she is.See for your self and I know you will agree.

I love the personal attention given to my specific situation. Even though I have had traumatic injuries in the past Anna was able to structure a combination of nutrition, cardio/strength and Yoga workouts to help me achieve my goals.
