Refused to let me withdraw money because I didn't know what branch it was deposited. Told me they didn't believe it was my money.

Never open the hours that are posted. Especially on Saturdays. Businesses still need to use tellers.Guess I'll take my deposit to a bank that is more reliable.Stop using Covid as an excuse to inconvenience customers.If Salisbury/Riverside closes a branch early I get an email!!

Simply the best bank for regular in person banking. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Doug, the manager is incredible and goes the extra mile for his customers.

If I could post a negative review I would. I almost never leave reviews for businesses unless they're good ones.But for my First time going to this branch ever they were/ are the Most rude, and unprofessional banks I have been to. Went to do a few simple transactions and got there before they closed. I was told by customer service that I could go into the branch and pay months of my loan in advance. When asking to do that the older lady at the drive up window refused to help claiming they didn't do that. I even asked for her to get someone else to help me, and she refused and told me they were closing in 1 minute. I actually work in a bank, and this was no way by any means the way to handle a situation professionally. Even if the manager has to come up and verify that they could not do the transaction... but she refused to even ask..I don't care of you close in 1 minute. I am still a customer and I still deserve respect just like any other customer coming in during the day. My loan will be paid off soon thankfully because doing banking with this bank location and specifically this Teller was a nightmare and I will not be doing any other banking here. That Teller needs to be re-trained in customer service.

This bank holds your money more than any other bank. Certified checks and bank wires , 7-10 business days. If you get the branch manager Doug , forget it. Open up an account at any other branch. I’ve had business, personal, savings with this branch, all nightmares. They will do anything to take your money and hold it up. The worst branch and bank around. It’s that bad , believe a valued member of this community. Customer beware of M&T New Paltz.

If I Could leave negative stars I would. Went to the Bank today for some transactions. Then proceeded to ask the teller who happens to be the BRANCH MANAGER CHERYL FOR one last request. She refused to get off her A** and assist the customer who has been a member of this BRANCH for several years. Instead tells him to come back another day. Why should he have to come back when he is Already There? Gas isn't free!!!! Do your job. Because your Customer service skills SUCK!!!! HOW ARE YOU EVEN MANAGER WITH A ROTTEN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT!!!!! I WILL BE BLOGGING ABOUT THIS PLACE AS WELL AS YOURSELF FOR SURE!!!!!!! HOPE THE NEW YEAR WILL CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS AND HELP THEM INSTEAD OF THEM WANTING TO CLOSE THERE ACCOUNTS FOR RUDE IMPROPER CONDUCT FROM A BRANCH MANAGER.
