We called ahead to reserve a bike and it couldn't have went smoother. Craig was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us tips for the trail and and for handling the bike. The trail is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Craig is my hero! I thought I was stuck without bike rentals in New Paltz. After finding him on the internet, I called and he said he said he had bikes available right now. I came, he told us everything we needed to know about the trail, and we were off! Thanks to Craig, we spend our day in New Paltz as we had planned, out on the rail trail and had a blast. Bikes were great and rates are just fine. If you are looking to bike on the rail trail, go to Craig and don't look elsewhere.

Wonderful experience. Calling Craig to set up a time and day worked perfectly. Convenient location along the Wallkill Rail Trail. I was super happy because of the bike shortage, many other bike rental places were closed.

We had a great time! We called Craig about an hour before we wanted to ride and he said it wasn’t a problem and that he’d be there. We had a blast and rode about 18miles.I would recommended calling in advance because it’s very small and it seemed like Craig just hops over to set people up whenever they need a bike, rather than being there all day. Also, it’s cash only, just an FYI.

Wonderful and hospitable host. Craig was very informative when we asked him about the bike route. He was easy to contact and very friendly. The bike rental spot was right on the bike route. We will be renting from this rental spot again when we return to New Paltz! Thanks again.

Craig was helpful and provided great recommendations and information for the trail. His business is located conveniently on the wallkill valley rail trail next to the rail trail cafe at the 14 mile mark. Bike 7 miles north towards Kingston to see the Rosendale trestle, historical mines and empty scenic trails or South towards gardiner and stop by new paltz have lunch and explore the small shops. Craig was very responsive and it was very easy to make reservations with him. Highly recommended! Will likely book again in the near future.

We had an amazing time biking the rail trail from Rosendale to Kingston and then back to New Paltz. Amazing scenery, ice caves, trestles over the river. Spectacular! Really sweet rental place complete with snack bar and pizza oven in the middle of the woods. A real oasis. Very accommodating on pick up with easy drop off. Highly recommend!!!!!

Excellent place to rent bikes along the Wallkill Rail Trail. Craig is just a doll, and the bikes are perfect for the terrain.This place is right in the middle of the rail trail, so you can go either right or left.[If you have about 2 hours, go first left to the Rosedale trestle (also, about 200 ft past the trestle there's the Geo Refrigeration Crevice, an ice cave with a chilly breeze), then head back passing thru the bike rental for about 3-4 miles until you hit the Springtown truss bridge.]
