My black car looked worse afterward than it did before. The no-touch, automatic car wash left water spots all over the car. (I sprung for the $15 Emerald wash.) I had to take it to another car wash to get it clean.

Diamond car wash is my go to for a quick drive-through. everything is automated and self service. Depending on the level you choose, the car gets pretty clean, as expected. The best part is that if you pay for several tickets in advance, you get a significant discount, will do that next time around.

Tried a Diamond wash on Valentine's day. The wash cycle completed and nothing else. I wash left with soap on my car and had to move to another bay and pay extra to wash the soap off myself. I reached out by email for a refund and included photos of my car and the receipt and received no response. Unacceptable.

Absolute scam. Pretty much everything sucks about the car wash. All the equipments are bad and doesn't work properly. Don't recommend it at all.

Do not use this out dated car wash. Take extra time and go 143 N Chestnut St, New Paltz, NY 12561. Dollar a min on self wash. First off I should have driven down town New Paltz and paid 10$ for 22 mins. But I thought let me try this car wash again. I swipe my card and start washing. After 3 mins it shuts off. Swipe again same 3 mins can't add time. Maybe upgrade your weak pressure 10 year old out dated pos car wash. You're response was very professional. So I'll add to my review don't waste your time going to this car wash try 143 N Chestnut St, New Paltz, NY 12561. Thank you

One star is what you get when your customer pays $14 for the so-called Emerald Car Wash, then enters a garage 3 inches deep in water, containing a washing mechanism that doesn't work, and automatically opens the exit door. There was nobody present in what looks to be a permanently boarded up office.When I attempted calling the owner to report the malfunction, they did one of those pick up/ hang up moves. 3 calls later, it turned to a constant busy signal. 2 thumbs down.
