Particularly by the business Manager and Appraiser, Mario Laudato.My car was brought to the shop last week after becoming badly damaged in a car accident. Luckily a friend suggested I ask the tow company (contracted and called by the PD to move all non-drivable vehicles from the scene to a safe holding location) to bring it to “Steve's 9W Collision.”Following this, I spoke to Mario, who patiently answered all my questions, and eased my concerns. “Had a pretty deep scratch on my bumper. I knew I was coming to NY for the summer and the prices I was quoted in Florida to fix my bumper were crazy! I drove my Durango up to NY, contacted AJ and he got me In that day. He had the car for two days and did an awesome job. He has done body work on my other cars as well and has always done an awesome job for half the price I was quoted. He also went out of his way to fix other little things without being asked! “A deer recently hit our car. We went to Smittys in New Paltz to have it repaired. I Cannot explain to you what a Beautiful job they did on our car. I think it looks better now than when we took it home from the dealer. The workmanship was excellent and the staff was friendly kind and very caring. I am grateful for their help.
