This post office is a wonderful experience. Friendly staff, never crowded. Only down size is shortened hours. But still worth the trip❗

Horrible and just getting worse as the years go on. They hire incompetent people who don't know how to do their job in a office they are working alone in. Examples are had a box i paid cash for my box yearly fee. Had issues with key so they close my box, but i continued to get mail for 6 months until she finally changed lock for me which is 2 screws and i got new keys. Then she telks me box was closed because I didn't pay it when I paid cash and how conveniently they don't have anything in system for payment i made in June and they don't care they will not allow me to file complaint. They refuse to give information for their supervisors. They are without stamps to purchase for months. They give you wrong mail in box. They dont open up on time and they close early and take mail in personal vehicles to other post office when there is someone in mail truck that comes at 5 pm to pick it up. Easy way for packages to be stolen by them. They are on cell phones on personal calls in back not paying attention to customers at window waiting. They use curse words when dealing with your transaction. They mess up and over charge for sending a card out and don't know how to refund or cancel transaction and refuse to get supervisors help because she would be mad. Holds mail behind counter instead of putting it in box and sends mail back instead of giving it to you. Flyers and local news paper are not put in box its thrown in recycling. They park infront of the building so customers have to park in other spots for Veterinarian office when other 2 spots are full. Theres many other issues with this office and the Warwick office these are just a few. They dont deserve any stars they need a negative rating. This office is only open for a few hours a day it's really worthless to even be open with the crew they have working here that are dumber than anything. Guess they are so desperate for employees that if you are breathing you are hired.
