My husband and I had a great experience at Marchese Ford. Joe and Jim were amazing and I would highly recommend buying from here. They were respectful, efficient, and forthcoming which is extremely appreciated when purchasing a vehicle nowadays. I don’t normally post reviews but they deserve every bit of praise.

Spend $60K on a 2023 F-250 and did not get an owner's manual. Called, emailed several times requesting such. Yes I am a boomer and I need a hard copy of an owner's manual! Other than that....

Bought a new 250. Traded my 150 in left my set of Swarovski binoculars in the 150 called the owner joe on Monday to tell him that they were in there he told me the truck was off the lot and would get back to me. After 2 days with no response I called him every day for 21/2 weeks finally to get an answer that the truck was back and no binoculars in it. Not happy and definitely wouldn’t recommend them
