I HAVE A SPINAL CORD IMPLANT IN MY BACK. WALGREENS IN STAMFORD CONNECTICUT HAS HAD MY PRESCRIPTION SINCE AUGUST 2, 2024. I WAS TOLD TO PICK TIME WOULD BE 1:20pm. THEN RUNNING BEHIND MESSAGE.NOW ITS SATURDAY AND THEY ARE CLISED. I NEED MY PAIN MEDS.. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT IN PAIN TO GET MY PAIN MEDICINE ON MONDAY UNEXCEPTABLE?

Highly exaggerated pricing!!!!!!
Many important heart meds not on the shelves and need to come from other stores

People answering the phone can be very rude, impatient and not confident in what they are saving. Rep was so frustrating and then said she was going to transfer me to someone else instead of helping me. Still on hold. UPDATE: second person was very kind. How the order shows up online is hella confusing. It shows my online order and then a in store purchase from a location out of state which makes it looks like I’ve been scammed. But apparently not, they’re all for my online order. Pay your people more, give them more support and training and fix your website.

Always changing staff they don’t have Rx in stock I’ve been given the wrong medication a few times. And now the new staff are so nasty. I’m tired of them.

I go to Walgreens in Queens NY to get my medication. They are the worst pharmacy. I called in a refill three days ago. It was never filled which the automated system said it would be in an hour. I decided to call. I called at 7:30 pm and waited over an hour, because I supposedly had 3 caller’s ahead of me. When I finally was the next caller no one ever picked up the phone. I finally spoke to someone at almost 3 a.m. If you go in to get your medicine you’re on line for over an hour. WALGREENS IS THE WORST PHARMACY I have EVER dealt with.

I no longer go to Walgreens what they put me through was like a criminal act . Their staff was so unhsppy they took it out 100 percent of the customer. If your in Centereach stay away from the Walgreens on 2215 Middle country rd Centereach stay away do yourself a favor go to CVS they are outstanding. They always have our meds and they dont play any games. Walgreens should be ashamed that they let their employee abuse people. There is absolutely no reason anyone would be treated and lied to. My don went without his medicine because they lied to us but never filled his script long story but it was proven and they lied. Finally I got the lady to admit she was lying and she started crying and saying they make her work long hours and blah blah blah. But my severly autistic son was without his meds and went into withdrawal Im still not sure but may sue them. Anyway ifvyou go there I warned you.

I live in Montague, NJ. I have very few choices for a pharmacy. I choose Walgreen because it is one of the few choices. I have been using Walgreens since my local pharmacy closed approx 4 yrs. You have the worst pharmacies. 1 can't get a prescription new or refill done in any kind of timely need. I have been waiting 5 hours for a new prescription that was called in at 11:30 am. 2 Nobody answers the phone, so i cant even find what is the hold up.. 3 Your pharmacists are rude and not helpful. They won't even make eye contact with you. For these reasons I will no longer use Walgreens for prescription; shopping services.Susan Wright

Walgreens on William Penn Hwy in Easton PA is having some serious issues with its staff.. they text me to tell me my script was being delayed because of insurance..I called 3 days later and was told my script was sent to another Walgreens called the other Walgreens and it wasn't there but that person was nice enough to tell me my insurance would bit cover the drug 3 days passed before I heard about this.. then I called in a script yesterday and was told it would be ready today after 9 went at 2:40 and wasn't ready they said they could have it ready in 20 minutes...just got a call at 3:11they are out of stock will have in 2 days there are some bad things going on there

Do not use walgreens in Farmingdale. Imagine the worst experience that you can times 100! They should be closed down. I tried to give zeto stars but it would not post unless I clicked on 1 star, please ignore it they don't even deserve 1!

1-3-22. My doctor prescribed a prescription today which I needed badly. I get a text from Walgreens Westbury at @5:44 pm stating my prescription is ready. I go to Walgreens and they are close. It was 6:04. I am saying to self what the heck!!! Also, there were other people outside saying the same thing. Then we see a sign saying they will be closing at 6:00 pm for the week. That’s fine the store had to close for whatever reason. But if the staff knew they were closing they should have notified me or not sent me a text stating my prescription is ready for pickup at 5:44 pm. I was annoyed and still annoyed ? because I was waiting for this prescription. It's about respect and I feel this company doesn't have any respect for its customers. I pray what happened to me doesn't happen to the staff. Oh, it won’t because they are privileged to get their prescription.

Walgreens 162 Wildey Street Tarrytown, NY 10591. This Walgreens does not submit prescriptions to your secondary insurance and I quote, "Unless you tell us to." Why else have secondary insurance? I picked up three prescriptions and went home and then called to make sure they had been submitted to EPIC. Girl on phone said two were but the third was denied. I called EPIC to check and was told nothing had been submitted since August 2021. So the employee lied to me. I called back and she said unless I tell them or ask if they have been submitted to my secondary there is nothing that can be done once I leave the store. So this Walgreens leads senior to think they are submitting prescription to all their insurances as indicated in the computers. This is out and out fraud. I called and spoke to the manager, Alex, who had no idea what I was talking about. He advised me to call EPIC for reimbursement. This is not how the program works. So how many other people think their prescriptions are being submitted correctly and they are not? This Walgreens did this to me once before and was able to correct their error. How often does this happen? The employee told me that she cannot do it now because of the way your computer system is set up. Well quite frankly fix your computer system. These prescriptions are needed to help me meet my deductible. I am being penalized because of your mistakes. I am a member of the local seniors and I will be sharing my experience with them. If submitting the prescriptions to both insurances meant you would be getting more money I bet this would not be an issue for the consumer.

The Walgreens in Miller Place is an absolute joke. No one ever seems prepared to dispense or ring up prescriptions. I’ve been unhappily using this pharmacy for four years. No longer, I’m done with the rude behavior and glacial speed they move out. Time for a new pharmacy.

The Amityville location is the absolute worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. I have been patiently waiting since April for them to provide me with a medically necessary Dexcom Glucose Monitoring System that my previous doctor prescribed. I have continually contacted this pharmacy by phone and internet to inquire about the status and or looking for an update or the reasons why I still do not have this monitor and I have yet to receive the courtesy of a return phone call, from Thor, Lena or anyone else from Walgreens for the past several months. Considering I confirmed with Lena that she has received all the required and necessary paperwork from my doctor, I honestly do not understand what the problem is? I strongly feel that the problem is them and that they just simply refuse to put it through for reasons that I feel may be misconduct and discrimination. I have made numerous phone calls, sent notifications and left negative feedback on there website hoping to receive help from the Walgreens Corporate Office, but that proved to be ineffective and a complete waste of time and effort. At this point in time I’m being left no other choice or alternative but to file a formal complaint with the NYS Education DepartmentOffice of the Professions Division of Professional Licensing Services Pharmacy UnitState Board of Pharmacies because I strongly feel that the only reason I have not received this monitor in almost 4 months is because of severe bias and/or discrimination along with incompetence and negligence of the pharmacist. I further feel that this pharmacist deliberately, knowingly and with intent jeopardized my health, safety and well-being not filling this prescription for reasons that I feel were retribution, revenge and retaliation for complaining to the corporate office about there totally unethical and unscrupulous business practices that I feel are morally outrageous, offensive and truly disgraceful. I feel that there bad faith actions and criminal behavior needs to be investigated and there licenses suspended or revoked. I feel that they are clearly in non compliance and in violation of there oath.

There pharmacy is pretty good but I never find the stuff I usually get and walgreens has no real sales which is why ( for now) I rate them at two stars , however, I hope they stock up on the1# PONDS, White beauty lighting facial foam ,$3.992# Celcesius, live fit powder indivisual 14 pack$9.993# Jelly glow Serum, Vita C + strawberry$1.99There art supply has dwindle .
