What a ROCKSTAR Mo (Mohammed) is. After receiving my iPhone 14 pro max 1T after my order was cancelled WITHOUT my permission. Keep in mind I had waited a little over 2 weeks for it. Was to receive it no later then Dec 30 2022. Call a few days later only to find out someone in customer service cancelled my order on Dec 29 2022. Spoke to Mac in business center who guaranteed me overnight shipping. Never received it. 2 days later I called again. Lady said overnight shipping. I got my phone 3 days later. I finally got my iPhone and Mo was amazing in setting it up for me. Couple days "msg failure". Came back to the Verizon store and was told by Frank that the towers may be down and some customers are having the same issues. Ok. No worries. Frank was pleasant and friendly. Will came back in a couple days. 3 days later same issues. Mo was there again. Yeah. He called Verizon business center to make sure everything got resolved. The lady wasn't polite at all. Thanks to Mo he made sure I didn't leave without the issues getting resolved. Over an hour later. Problem fixed. Basically Verizon business center was original set up my iPhone in all the wrong ways. THANK YOU MO. You are amazing.

1) Please call Verizon and know your trade-in value before you go to this store. He will try to show you a bogus Verizon page that suggest your trade in value is less.2) Don't pay anything until he shows you the invoice.For example, cost of iPhone 13 is 810, plus approximately 70 for taxes should be around 880 give or take. If you trade-in iPhone 11 then you get 440 credit, so you final balance should be around 440, however my remaining balance was 530, which was an extra 100 charges on my bill. When I questioned it, I was told the trade-in value for iPhone 11 was only 400 and the additional charges was taxes, because taxes are higher for iPhone, which is not true. After arguing with him, he pretend that he made a mistake and give me my money back.3) If you going to this store, know your trade-in value and look at the invoice before making any payments.

I lost my phone and went to this store to replace a SIM card. The staff tried to sell me a phone, then an I watch. After I told him I only need to replace a SIM card, he was very disappointed and urge me to pay the SIM card even before I tried it. He refused to help me to activate the SIM card which the most of stores would like to do for the customers. I had to receive a verification code to active my new SIM card but something went wrong with my phone and I couldn't login to my email. I asked that staff if he could help me to login to my email by using his device (computer or iPad) which the most of stores would like to do for their customers but he refused again. The Verizon customers service talked to him trying to persuade him to help me. He said his store isn't Verizon cooperated store and he can't help me! Well, I hung up the phone call and went back home, checked my email on computer and called Verizon again to activate my SIM card. Thank god, I don't need to go to that store again.
