Worst post office ever, would drive 12 minutes to another one in order to avoid this ,the Korean women and Hindi guy are extremely rude for no reason.

I have worked in New Hyde Park for almost 2 years and I have called the New Hyde Park Post Office many times for mail bins. I have rarely ever had mail bins for a large amount of mail. I have worked in other mail jobs and this is the first mail job where I almost never have mail bins.

The Worst Customer Service.I was in post office today 03/14/2024 at 3:55 pm for my son Passport but the Representative name Tony said he is not going to accept our application today because they only take four people in walkins. When I ask him online it mentions the time is for walkins until 4:15 PM and it did not mentioned there are only four slots. But he was trying to tell me that they only four people for walk-ins. I told him that I drove from 30 minutes away just for walk in Service Please, if you can accept my application application, but he denied Then I told him that I want to talk to the Supervisor, they say OK but you have to wait. She’s on the phone. I was waiting for almost 15 minutes, then one lady with the name Kindali walk to the counter and she is trying to tell me that she is not supervisor and she is the clerk and I told her I want to talk to supervisor then she says supervisor is not in the office they were so rude. They were the worst customer service that’s why I’m giving them one star… I wish there was a symbol for bad service, and I can give them that symbol for 1 million time
