Excellent customer service. They even offer a free diagnosis of your phone and will tell you if it is better to buy a new phone instead. I would recommend.

Easy experience from start to finish along with friendly service and a fair price. Hopefully I don’t need to use them again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be back!

The repair to my phone could not have been easier. After filling out a form online, I was instructed that I could immediately go to a local shop. Within a minute, I was told my repair would be ready within 45 minutes. I went off, returned and received my repaired phone. Excellent service!

The best experience I have ever had with a technology issue. They were responsive and took care of the problem in a timely fashion. As an older person who is not particularly "tech savvy" the people a uBreakifix/Asurion were terrific.

I took my laptop to the New Hyde park location to get an estimate to have my screen repaired. The rep gave me a verbal estimate but refused to give me a written estimate. I stated that it's just an estimate but he refused to write down. I needed a written estimate so I would be reimbursed thru insurance. So when they advertise Free Estimate, I suggest you beware. Steer clear of this place.

The process was painless. Representative was friendly, he explained the process in repairing my equipment, (broken screen). Turn around time was not bad at all due to volume of work and shortage of staff that day. However my phone was repaired as promised that day and it's working fine now. Absolutely no problems so far. Phone works just like it was before the repair.

Yes I originally contacted the Samsung store that would do the repairs but they couldn't get me infer over a week. This was unacceptable so I reached out to you break. We fix and they got me in that afternoon and the phone is great.

Definitely very professional, they fixed my problem and save me from losing 20k photos/videos. They don't overcharge and fix according to what they've stated. I was skeptical at first but definitely faith rewarded. Only cost me 60 bucks for something that I would have paid 200 bucks to fix.

Probably the worst business I have ever been to. Had my items four days but never called- then when I came in to pick up said they couldn’t do anything to fix them. Saw two other customers in the store complaining about items they (the repair Tec) broke… staff claimed no manager available to refund the customer… a complete disaster of an operation. Avoid this place!

WORST experience with this business. Avoid at all costs.Brough my computer for repairs, as I have done for some time. Expected the same level of professionalism and service. Received a nightmare of an experience.Within a week or so, I called, they tell me my computer "was done two days ago." Yet, no one called to inform me. I went to pick it up, brought it home, STILL THE SAME ISSUE, on top of that the internet doesn't work.Brought it back. ZERO COMMUNICATION FOR 3 WEEKS, unless I called. No one knows what's wrong, no one can tell me anything. Someone forgot to plug in the internet, now, they are waiting for parts, now the parts are on back order, now the parts are late, now they are about to receive the parts. Oh, the parts are defective. Oh, it's the same issue. Oh, now, it's not what they originally thought, oh, "we don't really do diagnostics - it only says that on the website." Oh, the manager is doing the diagnostic (for two weeks straight), oh, he will call you back. NO ONE CALLS BACK.Went to pick up my computer, RYAN, the manager brings me a dead computer. Then, he gets a hissy fit when I am surprised, he presented me with a dead computer. Any normal person wants to check their computer to make sure it is in the same state when it was brought in.I asked why it wasn’t charged, he gives me an attitude something about "it's a hazard to charge it overnight." I came at 1:30pm and then came back at 4pm. Really?? It should've been charged - it's a simple, expected task.I cannot get in because the keyboard doesn't work. I politely ask if I could borrow an external keyboard. He LIES they don't have any, "only laptops in the back." Gives attitude again. I know for a fact they do - Frantz and another coworker told me that while they worked on my computer, they needed to use an external keyboard when my computer's keyboard stopped working.Requested a receipt for the refund, "the machine doesn't print, you received an email, oh, it's waiting in the queue to be sent."Still waiting for that email, Ryan. It's pretty funny, because when I was paying for the repairs a month earlier, I was asked how I wanted my receipt - and I said printed. RYAN IS a LIAR.I have NEVER MET anyone more unaccommodating, more unprofessional, and rude, especially in a business that deals with people. I AM APPALLED AND DISAPPOINTED HOW THINGS TURNED OUT AND HOW I WAS TREATED. I will never be back.This review speaks for itself.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION - they are not what they used to be. Go to a different location where, I am sure you will be treated with professionalism, respect, kindness, and care. Jericho is nothing but a nightmare to deal with.
