The phlebotomist was the nicest person! This will be the place that I will go to for my blood work from now on. No wonder it was so crowded! It's a small place with one phlebotomist. If you don't have an appointment, you can wait for awhile. If you have an appointment, there might be still a little wait but it's really understandable considering how crowded the place is.

Giving this place 5. star all because of Toni! She was awesome, kind and gentle! I had to be pricked 4 times and each time she was patient and kind when working with me. I really appreciate this, you can’t always find someone with this level of compassion when doing labs. Thanks Toni!

I don't normally leave bad reviews anywhere, especially if it's just one person working I understand it can get hectic. but this place is absolutely terrible. Not only was there only one lady working but she kept messing up patient information when checking them in which led to me sitting there for almost two hours only for her to tell me I couldn't have my exam done because they were closing even though I made my appointment an hour and a half before they closed. I will never be coming back to this office and I recommend you stay away!

Fantastic experience. I walked in and was greeted immediately. The phlebotomist was friendly and did a great job. She drew my blood quickly and efficiently with precision.

Terrible service. This place is supposed to open at 9:00 am and is 9:45 and nobody has come. Just unacceptable. How does this people run a business??!!Please avoid to come here. There is a lab in Westbury, try there instead.And the owner of this place, either retrain your people, hire a new one or just close the business please. You are hurting people.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I’m pregnant and went for a 3 hour glucose test to assess if I have gestational diabetes or not. The lab tech had absolutely no idea what this test was and proceeded to do it incorrectly. I told her what the proper steps are, and she had to call someone to ask them what to do. I was still so uncomfortable and said this out loud, and she reassured me that she now knew what she was doing. The test involves taking blood over certain Intervals of time, and the time needs to be recorded on the tube (blood drawn 4 times, while you’re pregnant and fasting!). Over a week later, I followed up with my doctor and it turns out the tech didn’t write the times she took my blood so it’s inconclusive leaving my physician to “decipher the results” which the lab only now agreed to release... because they know it’s inconclusive. I can’t take it again because I’m out of the window that the test is supposed to be done in. I don’t know if I have gestational diabetes which is harmful to both myself and growing child. ABSOLUTELY avoid going here, especially for this test or if you’re pregnant. How horrible.To add: she wrote my date of birth wrong which caused a wild goose chase for my record when calling bioreference to file a complaint. She had my ID and insurance card. How incompetent!

Had an appointment on Labor Day for first appointment. I received a confirmation and reminder. Arrived and the office was closed. Waited 20 minutes no one came. I called general customer service which said today is a holiday. Another patient was also waiting. I guess Bioreference hasn't figured out not to schedule appointments on holidays. Will never go back!

The technician is Excellent. I have recessed veins and she can find them quickly and without pain. I only wish the office was open earlier than 9 AM
