I bought two number balloons at 8:40pm and by the morning they were deflated. So I went back the next day thinking they would be decent and put more air especially since I paid almost $20 and the rude guy with the beard around his face wouldn’t honor it and telling me to pay more! I didn’t ask for a new balloon. No problem I won’t be shopping here anyone!

I went in tonight to buy some balloons and New Years things for my children as we would be staying home. I was uncomfortable because the employees were not wearing masks covering their faces. On their chin is not helpful. Then I got home with my four number balloons 2022 that were $10 each. Wishing 20 minutes one of the numbers was deflated. I brought the defective balloon back to the store right away. They remembered me of course, but wanted to refill the same balloon and give it back to me. I nicely asked for a new balloon as that one is obviously defective. The man running the store started screaming at me. It was awful. He called me obscenities in English and I can only assume what he was saying in another language was just as bad. All the customers in the store were horrified and even said so. I didn’t even have to argue with him myself. Other customers in the store told him to stop and just give me a new balloon. It was crazy. What a terrible way to treat customers. The manager is unstable and really just a terrible person. I WAS a very good customer. After tonight I won’t be back.

Bought some poke Mon cards and all the package were open with 9 cards instead of 10 Went back and the lady open a new package to give me some new ones and those were also open with 9 cards instead of 10 These people think they're slick they open the package and take out the shiny card.....will report them the consumer affairs
