I have been with you over three years. Can there be an incentive of at least a comp on one month of each year? The rates go up often and it’s discouraging. A comp once in awhile would be nice and appreciated.

I'd helped a friend move items out of GoodFriend previously. When I needed a local storage, I immediately checked their website, and then paid them a visit.I had questions and Christina had answers. For all the right reasons, I chose GoodFriend Storage.

This Ficility is the best. Extremely clean well kept. And the staff running GoodFriend Self Storage are amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any concerns that need to be handled. I Commend Christina, and Oscar. Two individuals that are an asset to the company.

I have been using GoodFriend for almost a year now. I am very happy with my unit, as well as the staff, who are always helpful and friendly. I was using CubeSmart, but no more. I will stay with GoodFriend. Definitely recommend them.

The facilities are great, however, the lights are on a very short timer and it's EXTREMELY frustrating when I'm spending more than 2 minutes in my unit. I have to constantly go back to where the light sensor is to have the lights turned back on. There will be times when I will need to be in the unit for a while and would appreciate proper uninterrupted lighting.

This place came highly recommended and let me tell you…worth the drive for me! Christina and Oscar are very accommodating. The place is clean, convenient, and overall the service is awesome!
