I just went into this location tonight to get color matched for a tinted moisturizer and concealer rec so that I could buy it for the sale event Friday.
Gina was the beauty advisor who helped and she knows her stuff. She matched me perfectly for both products on the first try and I loved her recs. I had a great experience because of her!

the staff in this location were so unprofessional . the girl at the cashier with glasses and purple hair was extremely racist an kept making slick comments. The entire staff except for one of the supervisors were extremely unwelcoming sephora needs to provide some type of training in costumer services because the girls are extremely unprofessional/ racist yet they all minorities our people should do better.

Everytime I shop at this location with my boyfriend the staff acts like we are trying to steal… if I shop alone they are fine …I guess he doesn’t fit the demographic in that area .. it’s highly upsetting and very annoying having multiple people watching you when trying to shop. We were looking at perfumes and one staff member came up to us and asked if we needed a basket we declined because we didn’t have anything in our hands but a reusable tote folded (which we are required to use nowadays) and she just stood there looking at us and said “well it’s going to be right here if you need it “ with a snooty attitude. I just brushed it off and continue to look around as you do in a makeup store ..Another associate was just hawking us as we are walking around I pick up a lip balm and she’s staring at my hand as I walk around …I ended up going to the register and buying the two products I picked up and left …not to mention the cashier was also rude when I asked about a new perfume they had behind the cashwrap.. as if it was a bother to smell the tester (why is it sitting behind there to begin with?) It’s very uncomfortable having to deal with that when you are simply there to shop. I’m sure they were talking on the headsets about us and that’s just ridiculous I shop at Sephora A LOT and shouldn’t be treated this way ..it’s disgusting and unacceptable.. this location needs to train there staff better.. you can’t assume people are trying to steal just for looking a certain way… if you aren’t white don’t bother coming here you will get treated horribly.. do yourself a favor and go to a different location..

Fenty shelves were very empty or not in stock. Some products were in the back and not on the shelves.

Stopped by on my lunch break to restock up on my fenty glosses. I had an unbelievably awful experience with a brand associate who was not only unprofessional but rude beyond belief! I’m not going to get into the details of what transpired because the manager Lily went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I was so upset by the unwarranted disrespect I was ready to leave and go to a different store or buy what i needed online. But because the manner Lily was so genuine and apologetic (even though it was not her that should’ve been apologizing) she handled the situation so professionally and was so genuine i ended up making my purchase. I just wanted to give Lily and the other sephora associates a shout out for their professionalism and help.

Desperately needed a facial and Ashley came through so hard for me! She was kind and walked me through the entire experience, at every step telling me exactly what product she was using and what its purpose was. She was so helpful and answered all of my questions. Seeing as this is my second facial ever, I appreciated her walking me through it all. The end result was amazing as well and I left with a clear, black-head free skin, which was my main concern and reason for getting the facial. 10/10 would recommend you book with Ashley!

I have attempted 3 separate times to give this location a chance. Each time I go, there are no helpful associates. Last (and FINAL) visit was over this past weekend. I walked around for at least 5 minutes - when I finally did inquire with an employee as to where a specific product was, she looked at me bothered and pointed to it across the room. She didn't speak, she didn't offer to help me find something, she just pointed to where the products were and went on about her business. This is the same treatment I receive each time I come to this location - attitude. It's the reason I will never go there again.

The poorest quality of customer service. I came in to get some foundation. I was ignored for fifteen minutes (it wasn't a busy day). When I finally got assistance the salesperson seemed as though I was bothering her. They are very racist as well be aware.
