Have taken several of my watches there in the past for battery replacement. Didn't have a problem as of late two watches that were taken there have a problem. The watches start and don't continue to work and they refuse to say that it's their fault. The watch never had a problem before with the original batteries and ever since they touch it, the watch doesn't work properly. Took another watch there to have a hand put back on the face of
Picked up the watch. The hand was back on the dial but when I pulled the crown out to adjust the date on the watch, the whole crown popped off in my hand and the guys blaming me that I broke something clearly. He broke it when he took the watch apart. Doesn't want to take responsibility for it. My suggestion to anybody with watches expensive or cheap. Do not bring your watches to these people. They have a nasty cold attitude

Walked to have two watch batteries replaced and a pin and collar watch band adjusted. Total time in the store was about 10 minutes. Excellent work and fast service. Nice people to boot. I recommend them.

Unhappy! I put a deposit on a very nice necklace a few day before Christmas for them to hold for me until after the New Year. I recently picked up the necklace last week, and brought a few pieces of my personal jewelry for them to clean which included a ring with Pavé diamond stones. After they cleaned all the all jewelry, they brought back the diamond ring with 6 missing stones. They said “it happened during the cleaning and the stones probably were loose so they fell out during the cleaning”. I asked them if they could reset the original stones that fell out and they said no they would have to order new stones and replace them at $120. I came back today to pick my ring and noticed that the 6 stones they replaced were smaller in size. I asked them why the stones that they replace weren’t the same size as the original and couldn’t get a clear answer. I then asked if they can fix it and they said no it’s best to leave it the way it is. Needless to say I am very unhappy with that whole experience and will now need to bring my ring to my personal jeweler to correct this problem that was done by this jewelry store. I have had experience with having stones replaced in the past and had a gut feeling this would happen. I learned my lesson. From now on I will be going to my personal jeweler in the diamond district for cleaning and any necessary repairs. Lesson learned!!

I bought a necklace and it keeps breaking around my neck for no reason at all. It just falls off and snaps in half while wearing. I spent 1,000 on this gold chain and it is the worst quality I have ever bought. Went to get it fixed twice and on the second time I asked to exchange it for something else since this necklace seems to not be welded properly and it being of such bad quality. Needless to say, they refused and said it’s my fault for buying it and that it’s “not their fault for how it keeps falling off.” How??? You sold me this piece of junk. I unfortunately have to sell it somewhere else and take a loss to get something better. Please go somewhere else for jewelry this place is a rip off and has terrible customer service.

Rexford is a thief. I overpaid and got bad service. AVOID. There are honest jewelers out there. Shop around.

Union tpke lake success NY took a necklace to b fixed when I tried to put it on..it fit like a choker they refused to fix or REFUND me..gave them one more chance after they fixed another chain also broke in a week I went just for convenience..terrible customer service they never did the right thing.

First time there, to swap battery for watch. The guys who replaced my battery was extremely efficient and the price was very fair, best ive seen anywhere. I would highly recommend this place and will be coming back for all my watch repair needs.

I went here to get my engagement and wedding rings cleaned and my husband got his watch fixed.They cleaned my rings right away and it only took a few minutes. Both of my rings look brand new! The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely be going back here periodically for my ring cleanings.

Got earrings for my kids here. They even helped to cut one in the back in order for them to not hurt my 5 month old. Great customer service and great selection.

Brought in two rings. One to be stretched; the other to be polished. They did a just “OK” job stretching the first ring. The second ring; my wedding band was seemingly a completely different ring when returned to us. What was originally gold with a hammered matt texture, was now a smooth silver finish. The difference was dramatic questioning if it was even the same ring. We paid their bill but wouldn’t use them again.
