Google say they open at 7AM - Not accurate 7:30AM. No one would even speak with me after I was the first here. Trying to make sure they can do the one test I have not had and that they will accept payment from Open Loop Health. After making other appointments for this day I must now leave here after I starved myself and jump to the next appointment.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The system is flawed. The time between appointments is 10 minutes but it takes phlebotomists 20+ mins to draw blood and complete paperwork per patient. So essentially there is no chance for walk in patients to have slot to be seen. You would think quest would hire more phlebotomists to deal with the amount of walk ins that's expected especially on weekends but instead they just tell their staff to turn away patients that are walk in. I have been to multiple quest diagnostics and it's all the same, 1 to 2 staff ratio to a room full of walk in patients. Quest diagnostics already cut back on front desk by using a terrible screen check in system so that's one less person to have salary for but at least attempt to get more phlebotomists for blood draws.

I have been to two Quest Diagnostics offices in one day. The service that I received at both offices are a pauling. The manager is rude can not pronounce your name, when she was corrected more than once.. "AM I going to do the blood or not". I can not believe the nonpatient care/ customer service that I received from Quest Diagnostics today.

I had to wait 20 to 25 minutes although I had scheduled time. What is the point to make appointment?

I am very pleased with the care that I received from the Lake Success Quest and especially with my phlebotomist, Louis A. I get very nervous when going to get my bloodwork done or getting an IV and many times had to leave and come back more hydrated. Louis had such a calm and comforting manner and he assured me that we would get the blood that was needed and before you know it, it was all done. This is the kind of service that you don’t get much anymore more nowadays. I highly recommend Quest of Lake success and I hope they know what a gem Louis is, Employees who go above and beyond like Louis did deserve recognition, I hope he gets some.

ZERO STARS. I cannot imagine how a company like this is still around. The lab does not have anyone answering phones. According to the company "they're busy working and dont have time to answer phones". It is clear that this, combined with the fact that they do not have a front desk, is a purposeful attempt at dehumanizing customers. While I waited to simply drop off my sample, I was told repeatedly that they were handling appointments. When no one was in the waiting room, they simply stayed hiding in the back until someone came in, checked in, and then they'd call them instead. All they had to do was take a sample and they refused. When I managed to get someone's attention i asked for new sampling tubes because they clearly were not going to take my sample at this office and mine was going to expire. The woman in charge was so rude, condescending and obnoxious- I'm shocked she is still employed. I have attempted to use them 3 times now and each experience is so much worse than the last. Please PLEASE go to Labcorp- it is located in the same building and the people who work there (theres a front desk! IMAGINE THAT) are kind and considerate. They were amazed at how disgustingly I was treated at Quest. The employees there should not be working with people and I hope no one else has to experience what I went through with them.

The facility only has a kiosk for checking in. There are no provisions made for the very elderly, persons who are blind or persons who are otherwise disabled or illiterate. This is a medical facility where the disabled tend to use probably even more than the able bodied. The signage in the building where Quest is located is also inconspicuous.
