I absolutely believe this place has negative reviews because of the terrible management. Katelyn Canetti is the office manager. We found her to be very condescending, and vindictive. Terrible experience all around.

This business Optum (formerly ProHealth Care) are out to milk people for money. They nickle and dime you and your insurance company for everything. At your preventive exams do not discuss any aches or other care you are receiving from another physician or you run the risk of incurring fees for having brought up issues. Also please be sure to actively call your insurance company to find out what is covered if you are having a procedure including asking what follow up visits are covered. Again, do your homework.

A very fast and efficient facility. My mom goes there regularly. She got her flu shot at the facility where other pharmaceutical stores did not. I recommend this facility for the care of your loved senior citizens. Especially mom!

I go to ProHEALTH for multiple doctors. I'm happy with the service I receive. It's great that all of my medical records are in the system, so any doctor I see has access to them. The receptionist are usually friendly. Sometimes the wait is a bit long.

Definitely would recommend, I was sent there for a broken ankle, I was in so much pain and the minute I step in they were all so caring from the front desk to the doctor. Very happy with Dr. Ding and his great assistant. ??? ????

Have been waiting in my doctor’s office here in Prohealth Cardiology and Internal Medicine clinic in Lake Success, NY for almost 2 hours now. My appointment is supposed to be 5:40 PM. It’s already 7:30 PM. It was supposed to be my turn for the doctor to see me , but a non-emergent patient just walk into his office without prior appointment and both this non-emergent patient and my doctor were laughing before they close the office door. This person must be a VIP and he just cut the line. I hope my doctor respect my time too. There are 2 more patients after me waiting to be seen by my doctor. This is ridiculous. I hope Prohealth Administration should make some rules regarding respecting patient’s time. If the doctor is running late, his secretary should inform the patient prior for the patient arriving in the office. This is so unacceptable?

This where my parents goes for their PCP and seriously thinking to change; my parent speak Spanish and every time they goes it look they don’t use the Spanish interpreter, there is a lack of communication; every time they lack of insulin and pills and when you call out of hours, not physician on call; not one can take you call. It is very frustrated to come to this place; so far I do not recommend this place.

trying to get in touch with my Dr's office is impossible! the wait time is over an hour and never get an answer by phone. a call center never returned calls and tried going directly to the office to make an appointment and get meds refill and they were closed at 9:30 on a Monday morning. unacceptable prohealth needs to fix their phone system.

The front staff at ProHealth radiology are absolutely wonderful. I have never gone there where they haven't been pleasant, professional and friendly. This morning I dealt with both June and Arleen and they both were fabulous. Perhaps they would be better utilized training other staff in your other departments.

Dr. Malik is a very caring and skillful doctor who has the good health of her patients as her top priority. She is meticulous in her exams and guides you to a more healthy and happy life.

Why is there a “no stars” option? This place is awful. From front desk staff to the some of the doctors and nurses. Awful customer service. Awful follow through/follow up. Endocrinologists don’t ever call back. Primary care docs seems miserable. Awful place. Gastro is awful- had to send forms three times to try and schedule a screening but then was told that several of the gastro docs left! Speaks volumes about how this place is run. Neurologist is horrible. Makes PA see patients because they double book.Horrible practice. Poor management. Poor hiring practices. Poor training. Medical staff have long nails and hardly ever wash hands between patients. Safety alert!!

Oh my goodness. Just look at the poor rating average of this building. "I went to my primary doctor today" was all I was able to utter out. Got cut off with "sir, this is not a primary doctor's office.... hello!" I took a second to regroup, and continued, and got cut off again before trying to say that this is a referral. The highly intelligent lady on the other side repeated the same words, and forwarded me back to the main starting number that I waited 12+ minutes earlier.Ok, maybe I need to be more precise, cut to the chase, get to the point. This lady maybe is having a bad day. Call back, and I will only say, "I was referred to this office." Maybe the confusion would diffuse. So I called back, I waited patiently, few minutes passed. The phone rings, the call gets connected. Then 'click', not even a second, the person hung up on me. Well, i guess their caller ID works. It's a shame. How are people like that allowed to work at a professional establishment?Now seeing the main theme of low ratings of this place because of "rude"ness. I will save my sanity and look for better places.

Prohealth was great and very efficient in communicating with patients phonecalls. Now with this updated system you got people like my mother holding on for 1-2 hours and then the phone call magically drops and then we’ll have to call again and go through the process again (and most likely again and again the same day). #prohealth #downgrade
