I’ve worked with them over the years on a few home improvement projects. Every single time it was a positive experience. Most recently I worked with Joe, who is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. He was patient with my many questions and a real pleasure to deal with. My custom order came sooner than initially anticipated, the delivery guys were on time, friendly and gentle with the items delivered. Highly recommend.

A nice nation chain of local lumber yards. They have good select lumber and feature Metrie trims and moldings to choose from. Can pick up some hand tools as well and they deliver.

I purchased a new home from a builder who is supplied by builders first source at the end of January. It was missing a window screen, back door screen and a window crank. I contacted Brian in March for these items. The back door screen came promptly, but no such luck for a window screen and crank. I understand COVID has caused delays in nearly everything, but after calls, text messages, showing up in person and even dealing with another sales rep, no luck in receiving a simple window screen and crank. I’m always told I’ll be hearing from them by the end of the day, and I never do. Sorry to write a poor review, but I’ve run out of patience.

Excellent products and top notch customer service. Went in to purchase drop ceiling tiles and the associates in the office/showroom could not have been nicer and more helpful. Special thanks to Patterson in the warehouse who brought the product out to us and made sure everything was right. Highly recommended for all of your building materials and home improvement needs.

Very nice people inside that will help you eith whatever you need. Forklift drivers are nice except for 1 who has an attitude for no reason. New and sturdy material.
