“I was hesitant to " buy" a dog. I really wanted to go to a rescue but we went to several places without luck ( mostly because of my son Allergies) we love Minnie ( was Alia) she is so healthy and smart and happy. Very grateful to find her at left paw. She loves looking out her giant window on her giant chair. I take 100 pictures a day ! All the " bad things" you hear about " pet stores" I did not find in our very good experience.”

“Michelle delivers great service. What I asked for is what I received plus more. Great customer service, not only is the establishment dog friendly, but they are family oriented. They embrace everyone that walks through their doors with love and respect. Michelle treats every pup with so much love. Now let's get to the grooming. Sis can cut and style. There was absolutely no uneven hairs, the shape was so perfect. The wash was amazing. My pup was so soft and smelled like room full of roses. I live in Georgia and will make every trip possible to come to NY just for Michelle to groom my baby.”
