I brought my infant in for blood testing and while she didn't have a great time, the techs were so fast and efficient. They were so nice and this was by far the best lab I've been to!

Efficient, courteous and fast. Parking spaces limited in morning. I found afternoon parking better my first time. If you travel with someone they can wait in lot for to draw blood took under 15 minutes.

I had an exceptional experience at Northwell lab. After struggling with multiple attempts by another lab technician, I visited Lotika and Trevor today and I was amazed. They managed to draw my blood accurately and painlessly on the very first attempt. The staff's expertise and professionalism are truly commendable. I highly recommend them for their top-notch service and skilled staff. Thank you for making a potentially unpleasant experience so smooth and efficient!

This lab is the best! I’ve been going there for years and it’s always been a great experience. Trevor and Lokita are professional, efficient and so friendly. Trevor even took time during his lunch hour to draw my blood - and he always finds my difficult vein on the first try.

This is the only Lab I trust; Trevor is very nice, always there and very efficient. From the time I sign in, I feel confident and assured that I will be in and out quickly. Lotika always has a smile and a kind demeanor. She very carefully checks my prescription and name. I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this Lab. Great people?

Trevor & Lotika were extremely friendly and helpful during our visit. Trevor welcomed us right away and took our information. There was no wait for my 8 year old son. Lotika was super friendly to my son, knowing he was afraid of needles. She made him feel comfortable and talked him through the experience I highly recommended.

Painless blood-drawing experiences. Took my son in last week. Lotika drew his blood and it was fast & easy! So today, we brought in my daughter who gets very anxious with needles. Lotika was so quick, kindly distracting her during process. She was so gentle that my daughter was surprised when it was already finished. She said it was the only time she didn't feel pain at all with the needle stick! There have been times in the past with other labs that caused her a lot of pain, so she was surprised and happy today!
