Super easy location to find. Plenty of parking. I was greeted and was taken care of right away. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and quick. I was literally in and out with in 10 mins. I went there for blood testing. I highly recommend this facility for any sort of blood testing. I rate it 10/10 .

Talk about excellent care, service and hospitality. The entire office was spotless, very well keep and everyone looked great. From the agents on the phone to all the amazing ladies there. Dr. Donatelli Pavel, Nurse Erica & Nurse Jonna(Hercules) all made my visit less stressful. The nurses and doctor put you as ease for every little thing they do you know in advance. Hand holding, soft rubs on my bad. In between. All laughs, smiles and even talks about Real Housewives. Didn't know afterwards whether to ask for a cigarette or candy. Lol. Was given chips, chocolate & apple juice afterwards. :)

rude, obnoxious check in staff at entrance "e". told my terrified mother of 80 just diagnosed with lung cancer that she need not check in and told her to go sit in the wrong area until she was called. never took her name so who do they know to call.after parking my car and entering the building i noticed only certain races of people were being assisted with empathy, checking in, and being assisted properly. when i approached them to ask why my mother wasnt asked her name i was met with a shell game of three woman acting clueless. my mom was then asked to wait in a different area where she was immediately taken in. the rest of her experience was fantastic, but as for dealing with the three clueless and id say racist employees at the check in i hope northwell would consider their image while continuing the future employment of the three in entrance "e"

What a sh!tshow this place is. 8 billing clerks, 7 "check in" clerks and a "greeter" whatever TF that is. Clearly Northwell is drivin by the almighty dollar. Patients be damned. You w=know what they dont have? Enough techs to do the exams! 45 minutes waiting with ZERO explanation. Asked at "billing" desk and they are clueless. Will try to find out. Still nothing. Walked out. Just scheduled with Zwanger! Doctor referred to Northwell - must be a kickback scheme. Zwanger is awesome with prompt appointments and prompt results and no jammmed waiting rooms Never going anywhere else again!

Honestly the best lab I’ve ever been to. Super quick and great, friendly service from everyone. The appointments are easy to make and even as a walk in, there is almost no wait. Can’t recommend enough.

Pre-surgical building, front desk is very slow, i am not sure if nurses were being helpful or impatient. The feeling in this Northwell hospital just different. not a good one.. just don't like it.

I had an appointment for 8:45 AM. They recommend to get there 10 minutes early, I did not, got there about 5 minutes before... Had to wait in a line because the front desk was only staffed by 1 person. But I was already in the system, was called in within a minute. I believe it was Cherise who took my blood work, incredibly pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Strongly recommend to all! I'm a Northwell Health patient with my doctor in NYC, and I go here for all my blood work.

Took my less than one week old newborn here for blood work and signed in at the kiosk, it was very busy but staff at front desk noticed the baby and immediately called us over and had us wait in an empty room away from other patients (so thoughtful during COVID) and a phlebotomist then took us to another room right away and drew her blood. Everyone was very kind and professional and I really appreciate that they didn’t have a recovering mom wait with a newborn in a waiting room full of patients.

The staff is so pleasant, they are excellent technicians, and very efficient. I have been going there for years, and their office is always clean, pleasant, and has speedy service! And they don’t hurt you when they draw blood! That’s the most important!

The only odd thing about my experience here is that I had a 7:30pm appointment, and when I arrived at 7:10 all the doors were locked at all entrances. I had to get a cleaner to let me in. Other than that, the appointment went extremely smooth. Checking in was a breeze and there was no wait. In and out in less than 10 minutes. As long as you can get in the door, it can't be beat. I'm not sure what I would have done if it wasn't for the cleaner. She should get a raise.

I'm sad that 450 lakeville road imaging has declined as far as getting results in a timely fashion. They were always my Go To for all my imaging needs. I was waiting for a chest X-ray result. It took a week. Now I'm waiting for results of a catscan of the Chest. i had lung cancer a year ago so waiting for the results is terrifying. They told me 24-48 hours it's now 92 hours Im waiting for results still. My patient portal just informed me I have something new for my health record. I opened it and under conditions it said Lung Cancer as a new condition. There was nothing under results. Now Im hysterical thinking the Lung Cancer is back. This is not right to do to a patient. My doctors office called for STAT. Still waiting. I pray that someone with clout in northwell health reads this and that the radiology department gets straightened out perhaps they are overwhelmed and need more radiologists. Find the problem and fix it. Otherwise Im going to Langone.
