Due to my fathers failing health, I had to take over some of his responsibilities. Banking was one of them. I went to the branch that he always went to in Glen Oaks. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE customer service EVER.. I had some shopping to do and right next door was a Chase Bank. I decided to go inside. I was told Mr. Lewis Pinto III could help me and help me he did. I can't say enough how helpful he was. He went out of his way to make this already difficult time for us not anymore so. All of this he did with a smile. You really don't meet them like him anymore. He was very patient answering all of my questions for me.. This will be our branch from now on..

Went to chase on the weekend because I noticed something with my account (which happened to be my fault )- they were so great they waived all my fees and set my up with something that would be more beneficial . Great customer service at this location !
