After dealing with what we’ve been going through and there hold they put on checks because account was just opened even though it’s a certified bank check . We were never told they impose this long hold , I am now in jeopardy of being homeless because I won’t have the funds to close on my new house . And have to be out of house I sold before this check is suppose to clear . I’d never use this bank again . I’d stick to chase . Thanks a lot Dennis . Way to look out for your customers . Maybe next time explain your banks policy to people before they open an account at your branch .
