Cartridge didn’t work. Called owner. Said he would give me a new, authentic cartridge since I had to travel about 20 min each way to return. Didn’t honor it. Was rude, yelling with food in his face. Never again. Huge waste of time. Product doesn’t work.

A hit and miss with this company. Ordered online 8 HP 96 8HP97. Most, about 6 were dried out, depleted, unusable. Went directly to the store, purchased 2 HP 96 2 HP 97. First 3 worked fine. Last black ink cartridge depleted. Annoying and a big waste of time and money.

I called this business and they were rude and told me they do not sell cartriges and started yelling at me . I am going to make a suggestion here we are respectful especially there is so much competition, learn how to talk to customers and I will be sharing this review with all my followers on Facebook, Instagram and Tweeter.
