Not only Ripped off but he also taken more money from the credit card. It was said $2053 when I have given him the credit card he has taken 2114 from my card... please be away from him

Ripped offI have asked him to give me an estimate after checking the reason for the noise from RAM promaster, he asked me to leave the van there for estimate... I left the van and gone. Called him in the evening and he said still on it... next day I called he answered saying he will call me back. Then the 3rd day he called me with a bill of 2053, I never asked him to do anything without estimate. He was so tricky and ripped me off and the noise is still on. Please be away from this company..

The Quest: Decided to add a few leaf springs to the rear of my 2017 Transit 350 Extended High Top Refrigerated Van. After researching the internet for quality Truck Spring Shops with 4 stars plus ratings I came up with 3 shops that met my criteria, I visited the other two before I decided to stop in at Nassau Auto Spring located in Garden City Park, NY. The owner of this establishment ARTIE won me over with not only his years of experience but with his knowledge and how he took the time to explain to me the type of material being used as well as the procedure of installation and how it would benefit my vehicle without compromising its stability, ride, and warranty. A day or two later I decided to make an appointment and execute my vehicle modification. The Result: I have got to say it was a great experience at this shop with both the Owner Artie as well as the employees. The price quoted was fair and adequate, the installation time was under 2.5 hours as estimated, the scheduled appointment time was as promised allowing me to wait for vehicle and get back to operating my business later that morning. The Review: (5 Stars) to Nassau Auto Spring located in Garden City Park, NY -Honest Pricing, -Knowledgeable & Experienced, -Great Customer Relations, -Quality Workmanship Personal Note: Artie not only was it a pleasure to meet you personally, but I also found our conversations to be both interesting as well as knowledgeable.
