We are so pleased with the beautiful carpet we purchased from Milennium Class Carpet in New Hyde Park for our stairway and hallway. The color is a rich burgundy and the quality is excellent. The installers were courteous and thorough. It was a wonderful experience doing business with Milennium Carpet. I highly recommend it to all!

I purchased carpeting for my office and Sheila helped me find the right carpet that was attractive, affordable and able to match all the different colors in my office. I wanted something nicer than the average commercial carpet and she was very helpful in guiding me. They have such a large selection and found their prices to be very reasonable and their personal service was excellent.

I purchase the carpet and set the price they gave me even date to install it I went to pay the next day they say that carpet I chose is more money very very unprofessional

Gave this place a try after receiving a higher quote from another company. I also wanted to support a local business. It's hard to gauge the price of carpeting since it's so rare to get these days, with hardwood floors being the preferred option. We needed to replace the carpeting on our stairs. They came out to my home to measure which was a plus. Ali was so nice and humble and measured the space within 10-15 minutes. When I went into the store to pick options out, Sheila already had a few options picked based on what I mentioned to her on the phone. I didn't end up going with her selections, and I was still undecided on a color I had chosen. They were so nice, they let me take the sample home to see how it would look to ensure I was satisfied. That was greatly appreciated as we did not like how the color looked. Luckily, there were some more color options on the sample that we ended up going with. Within a little over a week, their crew came out to install and were done in 3 hours as they carefully took their time. From customer service to expert care and price as they came in $300-$400 cheaper, I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

We visited a few places and found that Millennium offered the best balance between price and quality. Allan was also informative and patient while helping us select a carpet. Sheila was in frequent contact with us to schedule measurement/installation and she made the whole process as smooth as possible. We were very happy with the installation and already recommended Millenium to a friend!

The most wonderful experience! Sheila came to my mother's house with carpet samples and to measure as my mother is elderly with mobility issues. Beautiful selection, fairly priced and workmen were professional and efficient finished 3 rooms in 4 1/2 hours. We couldn't be happier with their service!

Good enough selection on hand to peruse through. Samples and floor models to peruse to make special orders with. Very attentive and helpful staff that's never pushy and listens more than they speak. They know their business well and prices are unbeatable, especially when considering that they are a brick and mortar store front and not a massive online warehouse that's located in some backwoods location in a sparsely populated place. The knowledge, patience and demeanor of the two people there sold me on buying from them. Try and support local businesses!

Millennium Carpeting was referred to me by a friend and I’m glad I chose to go with a family business than a big chain store.Mary was very helpful in assisting me to find exactly what I wanted and Shelia helped in sticking to my budget without sacrificing quality. Installers where very friendly and professional. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for a personal touch.

I purchased 3 area rugs from Millenium Class Carpets.And then returned to pick up another larger sized rug from the store. Sheila and Ali were extremely helpful in the selection of the rugs. Their friendliness, expertise and sincerity combined with immense product knowledge is what makes you go back to them for more. The area rug designs on display inside the store are of high quality, intricate and very fairly priced.I recommend this place to anyone wishing to furnish their homes with beautiful area rugs - they carry all shapes and sizes - vast variety.
