Karen was such a help in choosing gifts for my brother (an adult with multiple disabilities). He and his group-home housemates were delighted with her choices and one of the staff thought they would be perfect for her special-needs relative. I was glad to pass along your address and Karen's name.

Excellent customer service! I ordered online for a store pick up and when I got there, I was helped or spoken to by three employees. One told me that someone will be with me shortly, one started the laminating machine for me, & the third one just simply told me no worries about something I mentioned. I usually have anxieties around back to school time and having to deal with lines can make me feel worse. This time, completely opposite of what I used to experience. I might go back soon just to use the laminating machine.

I usually have a great experience in this store but absolutely ridiculous today. I came in to laminate some student reference sheets, which I pre-printed and color coded. I turned on the laminator, which for the record, I’ve been teaching for nearly ten years and I’m not new to laminating. I was approached if I needed assistance but I did not and I waited for the laminator to warm up. Once the green check was there, I proceeded to start laminating and all was well. The laminator then malfunctioned and got my papers caught in the runner, which ruined my students reference sheets. The associate was able to retrieve my crinkled copies and then instructed me to add 5 feet for laminating length. How can I add 5 for something your laminator ruined; so money hungry and disgusting!

This store is/was originally for educators. They offer educational games/toys/learning aids aimed at younger children for at home and in the classroom use. My delivery charge would have been $30+ and there were some in store only Black Friday deals so I drove half an hour from Queens. Their parking lot is free and plentiful. They provided cordial, fast and efficient service. Their prices are reasonable and they offer fun ways for children to learn. I'll be back!
