The weights are disordered, they are not in order and so it is very difficult to find the weight you need ?

Great place to workout but hot tub is broken at least 2 to 3 times a week just wondering where the annual fee that we pay is going!!

I have been coming here consistently for a year now. It’s a nice gym with a lot of machines, a pool hot tub and sauna. They have a lot of cardio machines (although I don’t use them very often since I bike to the gym lol) and 3 flat bench presses, 1 incline, 1 decline, 3 squat racks, I think 4 smith machines, 4 sets of cable machines just to give you an idea of how many machines they have. It’s often very busy from 5-8pm so I usually try to get there around 3:45pm or before school at 6am. Only complaints I would have it that when the machines break it usually can take 2-3 weeks to get fixed (for very small problems) and half of the clips at the cable are locked so you can’t add a different bar/grip to it.

AWFUL WORKERS... Think twice about joining this gym.
Lately it’s been impossible to find parking due to the park across the street. Baseball players and their family are parking in the gyms parking lot.
I just told two of the LA fitness employees at the front desk that there is a mobile car wash in the parking lot taking up space. The employee that is a personal trainer got short and responded it was his car they were washing which was extremely rude. He clearly doesn’t care about the guest finding parking and it’s not sensitive to the situation. Where is the customer service ?
Why am I paying for this service? This is terrible and is not the first time that those employees are rude with members.

Terrible gym that needs a lot of work. The staff is not friendly and the personal trainers are borderline rude. Half of the machines are out of order. Corporate doesn't care. Companies like this should not be in business. They never responded to my email with all these pictures showing the machines not functioning.
