clean - staff are super friendly and welcoming and the NRGize Lifestyle Cafe smoothie folks - especially the Indian Cats behind the counter - entire everyone from cashier to Smoothie makers are awesome A never had a really tasty filled with all the good stuff blended so well
- especially their Pineapple ??? coconut and Orange Mega smoothie with Whey and fat burner

I like this gym a lot for the amenities but my one complaint is the woman’s locker room and bathroom is disgusting! And I come regularly and it’s always terrible every single time it’s just not regularly cleaned for such a large volume and big of a gym it should be done more regularly.

As much as I love a nice big gym, that this location offers… it does not keep up with the maintenance of the equipment and machines. There are large crowds and you do expect a gym to make sure that they have functioning machines especially when there are 2-3 of the that kind. Yes wipes are always available and there are staff that pick up any trash on the floors and replace it but the machines need to be well kept and checked. There has been so many times where I leave disappointed because the stairmaster doesn’t work or the cable machines are out of service… alsoo I love this location because of the light therapy sauna.. and that’s been closed for months. They built a new therapy center, Rezen, however they can’t make time to fix the saunas or upkeep the showers and bathrooms.

Gym usually crowded with patrons who do not rerack weights, people treat the gym like their own personal gym hogging all the weights/benches/racks for extended leriods of time, pool is frequently cloudy with poor management of lane speeds/levels. Also closes entire pool for aerobics classes when they could easily split pool. Would not recommend this location if trying to get in and get out

Very unsanitary gym. They run out of wipes and paper towels to clean equipment often. The equipment is also old and broken. Not worth the money.

0/10 I have been trying to cancel my personal training for 4 months !!! They’re are charging me from my card every single month !!! I went to talk with the “manager” he told me my membership is already canceled !!!! FAKE !! Nobody help me how to finished with this mess !! Just let me be free LA fitness !!!! STOP charging me !!!

Gave me a tremendous issue canceling my personal training
Kept giving me the run around I was WILLING TO PAY THE BUYOUT but now they want to charge an EXTRA $100 just because of the billing cycle, when I mentioned 14 days before hand to JOHN that I wanted it canceled
Little tip if yall wanna cancel and they give u a hard time like this just cancel the debit card u currently have with them and get a new card #
So they can’t charge u smh
Instead of paying them the buyout, RUN to another gym
I never had an issue with this LA fitness till now

Than keeps me on hold for 30 min to try and hide from the situation had to take it to corporate

This location is notorious for inconveniencing it's customers. Why would they let guest know that the shower are unavailable be they use the facility?...You can't use the pool, half the saunas don't work, they nickle and dime you for everything and do not provided adequate service. It seems the whole chain is failing

The pool is garbage, every time I go, it’s closed. I asked if the schedule can be posted on the app instead of requiring to call them everytime.
