“Living in Great Neck, I visited Ace and three nearby hardware stores, but I couldn't find the pull down hose named NEOPEARL that I needed, so I suffered the inconvenience of not being able to use the sink. I read on the internet that I could get parts in Ferguson, so I drove 20 minutes this morning, asked the clerk, and was given a note with the address of this store. The store clerk told me about the store's long history and smiled kindly. I want to visit again next time when I need to replace plumbing or shower parts.”

“This is a very convenient location for this store, in a very busy shopping center. The store is not that big like. A home depot but has all the items that you want for that project around your house. Many other items for all your hardware needs. The best part of this store has to be one of the managers Kaitlyn who's amazing with her customer service and helpful behavior in finding the right items for the person. Aside from the excellent attitudes and knowledge here it's also a nice clean place.”
