I don’t know where to begin. From the beginning to the end I was taken care of. Brian was the best and he helped me so much. It was a stress free environment and my car was beautiful. My car was towed here after after an accident and at first I was going to have it fixed at a local place closer to my house. After speaking with Brian, I decided I was going to keep it there. I’m so glad I did! Brian not only fixed my car but helped me navigate the process you need to go through when getting into an accident. This was my first accident and needless to say I was completely overwhelmed. Anytime I had a question he was there to answer. I picked up my car today and it looks beautiful! I highly recommend them for their honesty and quality of work!

I had minor accident on my right side mirror and doors, my friend who is in car insurance business. She referred me to grand Auto Body Shop. I spoke to the manager Mr.Brian he gave me honesty estimate compared with Ralley Acura Body Shop It was ridiculous three time higher then the price quote.I finally let grand Auto Body Shop fixed my car, I am very pleased with they outstanding work and services. my car looks like brand new car. I highly recommend this is the place you should go.NK

I was there with a friend who just got into an accident. A bad accident, where his car got totaled. We get to the auto body shop (that for some reason was towed here, why? Who knows. His car was no where near the auto body shop, plenty of shops nearby, probably have friends who are cops) they tell my friend his car is totaled. I didn’t believe it was, by glance you wouldn’t think so. If the frame is bent? I get it, it’s totaled. They proceeded to tell my friend that his car was totaled due to an axle. Mind you that’s a 300$ fix. To clarify, yes the car ended up being totaled but that wouldn’t normally be determined by just a glance at the car, at least in my experience with cars it didn’t seem to be totaled. It looked like it can be fixed, albeit maybe a pretty penny to fix. BUT. What got me was that they mentioned “if we scrap the car for metal we can reduce your price by 100$”. Uhm? 100$?? They were basically trying to convince my friend that his car is useless and that you should cut your losses short by parting it for scrap metal for a measly 100$. They were trying to persuade him to make a decision now, meanwhile facing a 500$ tow (which it should’ve been towed to a closer body shop) to make even more profit. An entire car is not worth 100$ in scrap metal, so of course he’s encouraged to convince my friend to scrap the car. Thankfully I was there to convince him otherwise. I would not recommend.

If you want great service from one of the best car repair paces. Look no further than this company! Clean, virtuous, they go above and beyond!! I live on Long Island now, but would never go anywhere else. Brian and Angelo, are professionals, honest and the nicest men you could meet! Go and see for yourself!! You won't be disappointed !

Needed an emergency tow at 1 a.m. after my roadside assistance with my insurance left me waiting for 2 hours.The guy who came was fast and honest, took it to the shop I requested.The next day called to get my invoice and they were extremely helpful even after I messed up my Vin numbers and needed a 2nd invoice. Highly recommend.
