Very unprofessional, illiterate and disrespectful staff. There was a drop of wax drop on my shirt and they used to clean it with a floor wax cleaner and spray on my shirt and my neck and shoulder skin got lots of rash. It’s was highly inflammable for skin. No manager supervisors.

I been coming here for a few years. Yesterday I went in & the lady asked me what I needed. I told her just “clean them up”. After she was done, I looked in the mirror to find that she took off half my eyebrow & made them SO THIN!!!!! I had thick eyebrows to begin with and she totally disregarded what I was asking and she went to town on my eyebrows and BUTCHERED them. Gave them a new shape and everything!!!! Absolutely unreal. Cheap place=cheap results.

Sonal did a beautiful job with draping for my family at my wedding! She was timely and easy to work with. All the pins stayed in place throughout the night. Her draping made the outfits look perfect.

I have been getting my eyebrows done here for the last 10 years.Now this has ALSO become my favorite place to get my hair cut!I highly recommend the hair stylist guy. He is really good at not cutting too much.He also has great style and my hair has grown so much after each time he cuts it.

I have been getting my eyebrows done with Nimisha for over 15 years and it hurts to say that the experience has been the most unpleasant over the last several years. Since she is the only one the typically doesn’t mess up eyebrows, theres often a high demand for her. On multiple occasions (including today), I’ve been pushed to the side so people who have come AFTER me were attended to. This isnt the worst part - it seems that every time it is my turn, she is so busy with calls and talking to other clients that she rushes through the threading and leaves me with mismatched, extremely thin eyebrows. This has happened countless times but I have never spoken up because of the long relationship. I haven’t come to the salon in over two years for this reason and only went today because of an emergency. Never again. If you need a quality threader who will take their time with each client and ensure their clients needs are met, go to any other salon on Hillside Ave like Lotus Beauty Salon. If don’t want to grow out your eyebrows for god knows how long, find another place.

Used to be good. But now they get so packed that they rush their work. Plus I've noticed on their busiest days (weekends), they'll only have 2 people working during the day. I've been here during the week and they have 4 people waiting around doing nothing waiting for customers. They should probably have more staff on the weekends. There's been times I've waited for over 20 mins and they'll take someone ahead of me. When I speak up, they start talking about me in hindi or Gujarati not realizing that I understand lol. Disappointed in them honestly. Hopefully they get better.

They double dip their waxing sticks. For any and every body part..they're all nice people and and the price is obviously a plus but very unsanitary and it's a hit or miss with eyebrows for most people here.

I had an appointment to get my hair done. When I get in, I was not given as warm of a welcome as others who came after me.They kept taking people who needed their eyebrows done and also took two people for their hair before me. I waited about an hour and 30 minutes before walking out.

She threaded almost my whole eyebrow off and left a little line of hair and thought it was fine. After she asked me for a tip and was being rude when i gave her the tip. She also was saying that my eyebrows were already that thin when i have photo proof of them never being that way. she kept defending herself instead of apologizing.Service: Eyebrow threading

Love it! Best prices for threading and the ladies are great! I moved about 4 years ago and still travel back for my eyebrows to be threaded and lip waxed. Highly recommend!
