Terrible services, a very important next day package. I provided them receiver's phone number because of the signature required.
However, the delivery guy just went didn't do anything. I don't know why FedEx services change so poor these days. They are doing very careless and doing inefficient jobs.

It’s just listed , they don’t take returns unless you got with label.. and wait with no line to get that answer

Tried to drop off a return having only a QR code, they told me they don’t print labels. My instructions even don’t have an option of printing labels, it say go to any FedEx location.

Does not accept QR code returns despite explicitly saying it does so online! Only prepackaged drop offs.

First, it didnt say on google map, that is inside walgreen.second, despite there were no customers at fedex counter, and i didnt rush, still the attending associate barely explain, and rudly replyed to me.
