“Came in here a few months ago because my phone wasn't charging and I needed to get it fixed asap. Gave my phone the man who runs the shop, he told me that he would order a new charging port and it would be ready by the next day. Sure enough I called and it was ready at the time he said it would be (under 24hrs!). I have no complaints since he fixed my phone, and he was very diligent with his work which is always appreciated. Safe to say that if I have any other problems with electronics I know the place to go!”

“Definitely worth bringing your watch for repairs and battery replacement. I try to replace my wife's watch battery and I ended up knocking off one of minute hands by trying to put on the back cover. So my wife ended up taking 2 watches for battery replacement and repairing the minute hand.The repair and replacement only took 10 minutes. The watch repair guy was professional quality of service and honest up front pricing. Replaced 2 batteries and fixed the minute hand for all under $20.”

“There's a reason why there are no places rated this highly and there's a reason why this place is rated so highly. I spilled coffee on my Macbook Pro and it wouldn't turn or charge up. Saw this place and dropped it off. Fortunately, they were able to fix it at a reasonable price by the next day. Unfortunately, they might have been able to do it so quickly because their business had waned because of covid. So if you do have any repair needs, they're quick, have great service, and are reasonable in every way.”
“My first encounter with TNT involved the repair of my Bose Speakers. The service was fast and reasonably priced. But most importantly, the repair work was done correctly and the speaker work like new. As a result of my good experience, I returned a few months later with a Sony 300 Multi Disc Player, whereby the carousel failed to function. TNT was able to repair the component in a short amount of time for a fair price. The unit now works like a charm. TNT is definitely the place to bring your high-end and professional electronic components for repair work done well.”
“So most of these reviews are fake . But I’ll tell exactly what happened I brought my phone in for repair . I had previously went to another repair shop that just put a battery in my phone and it worked for 3 days . Anyhow they changed the screen worked then hourslater it didn’t work charged me 100$ . Then I left the phone with them and it took about 2 weeks for them to tell me the phone had a motherboard short and some of the features on the phone were possibly not going to work . At this point I purchased a new phone already.. when I came in to get the phone they didn’t have it . I had to come back later then get it . Two times in one day . I got my money back and that was the end of it .”
“I am so glad that I met Joshua! My 6yo Dell laptop was giving me a weird error message about my power adapter not being recognized. This laptop has never given me any issues so I was so hoping that it would be an easy remedy. Quick background info...I originally brought my laptop to the other location in Great Neck, but Daniel just read the error message and said "it was fine." He never even touched my laptop or tried to diagnose the issue. I left the store not feeling right with his assessment and was even wondering if I should just buy a new laptop. Well, I am so glad that I didn't give up on it. My brother-in-law told me to try this location as Joshua had fixed things for him in the past and he was happy with his work. It took Joshua 5 seconds to diagnose the issue...the charging port was broken. He told me to ask Dell if they could send me the part. I got the part today and brought it to him. He fixed it in 30 minutes. Amazing! Thank you, Joshua!”

“Wow , Jerry is the man! I bought a legendary hard to find Dolby A301 Noise reduction unit from the year 1965 part of recording history that no other music industry tech in Manhattan would touch due to according to them how old and hard to work with would be. We decided to recap the unit first and though it was not his usual type of gear repair he patiently figured it out with some back and forth conversations and going thru the hard to find manual. He’s a one man show guys so be patient. If he was able to repair my hard to find Dolby machine believe me he’s the real deal. Highly recommended Thanks Jerry”

“There’s a sign in the window that says “Please No Barking” and I thought “that must be a sign for dogs” but then I realized dogs can’t read, that’s a sign for their owners, then I realized the sign was cut in half and it actually said “Please No Parking”, and by that time I was a ways down the block and my life was already going new and exciting places”

Guy opened it up on the bench in front of me, diagnosed the issue, replaced the power supply and had me out in less than 15 mins. All for a very reasonable fee. I found my guy for computer issues.”
