I love CVS number one Pharmacy. Everyone at 2030 Hillside Avenue New Hyde Park doing a great job. The Store looks great and pack well. I always in and out wonderful places to shop.

The pharmacy is extremely slow. I frequently wait 15 minutes or more just to pick up a prescription. It's very frustrating. I would not recommend using this pharmacy.

So disorganized, so messy, takes forever to fill a prescriptions. The pharmacists Jasmine and Frida think they know everything and takes forever. They make so many mistakes, please don't go here.

Needs all new staff. Especially the pharmacy. They never have my prescriptions ready. It's always a mess. Disorganized and the pharmacist is a disaster herself.

I went into CVS to pick up a few things and there were plants on the shelf for sale. Most of the plants were dead and a few were near death. All had been deprived of water. They were left there to dry out and die. I asked about them and who is watering them. The manager replied they are dead and all getting thrown out. I asked if I could take a few that were still clinging to life and it was a big nNO. He said he needed the plant to scan the pot to get credit. I asked if I could just pull out the plant and he would have the pot to scan,another NO. They were so dry they were hanging out of the pot. What a disgusting way to treat a living thing and your store's merchandise. The store's lack of good customer service is bad enough and now the lack of care for a little houseplant. CVS you really need to care a lot more if you don't want all your customers going to Walgreens.

Smallish CVS with parking lot attached. It feels crowded I.e. stuffed with product and little room for movement. I added my 35% off a full priced item coupon and picked up a box of razors at a great price. Their couponing game is strong. The best approach here is know (what you want) before you go.

Honestly they are slow and no ones ever at the counter but I come here every once in a while and get my stuff and leave. Today I asked for a rain check and was looked dead in the eye and yelled at. she literally just said no and nothing else. I've encountered the really long wait lines at the pharmacy and front but I've never been yelled at like that before like I was a child. I was really insulted. this place really needs to get their act together.

This pharmacy is the worst. Jasmine the pharmacist is one of the most lazy people I have come across. She will make me call the other cvs's or doctors offices because she doesn't want to, she will lie about copay's because she's too lazy to call and get the correct copay. Honestly, I would go to any other cvs or rite aid. She's seriously incompetent!!!

I don't like writing negative reviews but this CVS deserves zero stars. This is my local CVS but I never shops here because this store always look like the day after Black Friday everyday! I never seen a such disorganized CVS store on Long Island. If you are in a hurry looking for anything, I can guarantee that this store will be out of it. If you didn't trip over all the grey supply bins scattered around and break your a$$, you will get to the cherry on top, the pharmacy department. The pharmacy will lie to you about not receiving prescription then days later calling you about the medication being ready. They will not fill your prescription if there is any copay assuming the patient will not pay 5 bucks. Please do enjoy shopping here if you enjoy getting frustrated.

Worst customer service! Prescription is never ready on time and they are full of excuses, lying straight to your face. Time to switch to Walgreens or Rite Aid.

This 2030 hillside ave CVS PHARMACY needs to shut down. The store is okay but the pharmacy deserves ZERO star. The pharmacist JASMINE is the worst pharmacist i have ever met. She is ignorant, arrogant and thought that the customer knew NOTHING about medicine. She likes to ask IF YOU HAVE AN INSURANCE????I have been to this location for more than 3 years for my prescriptions she would even comment on oh why you have this conditions? you are so young?!!! NONE OF YOUR F-ING BUSINESS!! When you received a text saying the prescription is ready for pick up, it might take them awhile to find the item when you are there to pick up. There is once that I have to wait for them to do a new refill on the spot because it is a huge mess in there that they are going through a pile of prescriptions and can't find it even though it says it's done refilling. They are ignorant,disorganized, INCOMPETENT, slow and just the worst!! I am definitely transferring my prescription to walgreens, can't deal with all these anymore, waste of my time and energy. I suggest all customers to transfer their prescriptions too.

Needed help with taking/printing photos here and the cashiers had no clue on how to even help me or anything, seemed like they didn't care
