This pharmacy never has prescriptions ready on time and horrible service. The pharmacists and technicians just happily say “we didn’t get the prescription yet” “the fax is down” “the doctors office fax may be down” for several hours to days until you’re chasing your doctor to phone in a verbal prescription to the pharmacist when the pharmacist very well knows if the store has this constant issue he/she could phone the doctor so you as a patient can feel better sooner.

Worst pharmacy ever! They told me to wait 20 mins and then I waited over 30 mins. And then they told me to wait another 20 mins? CVS is so arrogant and slow!

This store has gone so downhill it is ridiculous. They do not have prescriptions on time and are always charging the wrong price. Management needs to check into the pharmacy dept.

Very slow service at Pharmacy pickup. Most of the time you have to wait 10 minutes even though you are first on the line!!

They made it difficult to access other brands by locking it inside and to make the matter worse, customer service takes forever to show up in the aisle even after making announcement twice by the pharmacist. These are inexpensive items. All their brands are outside the box forcing customer to buy their brand.

Always reliable and friendly service is provided here. The service is always reliable and it is never too crowded. They are on top of all your pharmaceuticals, flu and covid shots. I am very healthy and survived this pandemic because of this CVS!

This review is about vaccination only. I thought it should be quick and easy at CVS, but it is not. First I scheduled an appt for a flu shot at 2030 Hillside's CVS. It was cancelled 3 times without specifying a reason. After calling CVS main number they could not tell me a reason either and scheduled an appt here at 310 Hillside. I arrived on time. They looked at my insurance for unusually long and concluded that I will be charged $25. I questioned why I was not charged anything at CVS for the same shot a year ago and they gave me some answer. The answer is actually is a nonsense. I went to my PC and they gave me a flu shot at no charge, even without a copay since that was not a doctor's appt. So if you think you may get a shot at CVS quickly as I did you may be wrong. CVS clinic is unprofessional.

Pharmacist is one of the rudest, unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Treats her staff and customers disrespectfuly which is why the whole pharmacy is nasty & miserable.

For any of my fellow asthma folks out there, there's no worse feeling then when you need your inhaler and either can't find it or it's running very low. I've learned over the years the best cure for that is prevention so I anytime my emergency inhaler or my daily inhaler approaches the half-way point, I'm on the phone with my doctor trying to get a new prescription ready. This CVS has been my go-to pharmacy as when I need to pick something up, I usually go early right before I go to the gym. Sure there's often a line later in the day but that's to be expected, so just plan accordingly and remember that everyone is there for the same reason you are, and no one actually enjoys being on line. On Sunday morning I realized my daily inhaler was well below 50%, actually closer to 5% (C'mon Jared!) so I phoned my doc and went through the drive-through. I must have timed it perfectly because it was ready in two minutes. I was tempted to visit the Tbell drive-thru next fir a quick cheesy gordita crunch (after reading a great review from a fellow Elite yesterday) but decided to go straight to the gym instead.

This Pharmacy needs to hire more Pharmacists, there's never anyone to help at Drive Thru, and I waited so long before someone helped me. No wonder why there's always a long line. Other than that, the Pharmacy is okay, everything is usually neat in the store.

My place to go. Pharmacy is great and very knowledgeable. But what more can I say it's a cvs. Ok soooo the pharmacy is lagging lately! Takes them hours to fill a prescription. And sometimes they don't have a prescription and you have to wait. BUT they're extremely knowledgeable. CVS needs to hire more pharmacists there

Greatest thing is the drive thru pharmacy pick up!! It's a convenient way to shop. The staff is prompt and courteous.
