My score is actually a -5. You used to be able to speak with an actual person when you called & had questions for the pharmacy. Now, no one picks up the phones anymore. You're forced to leave a voicemail message where no one returns your phone calls. Then you're forced to go in person, where you have to wait on ridiculously long lines. Customer service went way downhill after Covid.

This CVS is over worked in the pharmacy they need more help to keep up with the amount of prescriptions being issued
The area also should be enlarged so more personal can work there without tripping over each other

I picked up a prescription had senior care coupon and was not honored . Pharmacist insisted that the doctor wrote the prescription with the brand name but was not DAW, received the generic Albuterol and she would not give me the senior care price but only discounted the amount from the price. I was not happy

I would have given a zero if not for the kind lady at the register. l made a store pickup order online today for La Roche Posay 10% Pure Niacinamide Serum ($39.99). I used my 40% coupon, and $10+ of cash rewards accumulated in my account. After I picked up my order and returned home, I found that I was given the wrong item - La Roche Posay Moisturizer ($20). I brought the item back for an exchange. It turned out the serum was out of stock and in fact, the staff was aware of it while packing it. Staff informed the store manager (staff showed me the text messages that they had) and asked if they should cancel the order, but the manager advised her to keep the order. It is totally irresponsible and dishonestly. Store manager decided to "CHEAT" on the customer by giving an item that is half of the price of the original item. I bet he/she hoped the customer would just keep an unwanted item and not returning it?! It wasted my whole hour making another trip to the store, dealing with the issue and not receiving the item I purchased! I was also told that I was not the only customer who is experiencing this treatment. The store manager had done the same for other orders that were out-of-stock but he/she would advise the staff just pack something else. I will never go back there. I advise everyone not to use store-pickup purchase here, go to another location or just do a store purchase yourself.

This pharmacy is incompetent. Whenever the doctor changes the dose, they will not fill it with the new dose. They need to verify a change was made and they do not update the computer system properly so on the next renewal, they revert back to the wrong dosage for refill.Furthermore, they are out of stock on a few medications so there's always a day or two delay on getting the prescription filled. Lastly, they do not pick up on phone calls. I once called on two separate days with a hold time over 1/2 hour until I hung up. I then called the front store to speak with someone and the same thing happened. No one answered the phone.The store is not well stocked and everything is under lock and key. We know why but that discourages browsing and buying. After being a customer for over 20 years I have noticed a terrible downturn in customer service. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I tried to get my medication but somehow the system was down so they told me every single doctor who sent in a prescription after 3 pm yesterday did not have their messages go through. Mind you this is a lot of doctors. So my doctor sent a message three times to CVS, and never did they receive anything and now I'm two days off my antibiotics. My condition is getting worse and CVS does not have any sense of urgency whatsoever. Very irritating.

First I will say that this is not a review of the people that work here. I only needed to get a booster shot here. But I have never been to a CVS as disgustingly dirty and Ill kept. The floors looked never vacuumed and the shelves were grimy and dusty. I wouldn't buy anything here. It is a shame because I just moved here and wanted to transfer my prescriptions to this cvs. Nope.

This pharmacy never has prescriptions ready on time and horrible service. The pharmacists and technicians just happily say “we didn’t get the prescription yet” “the fax is down” “the doctors office fax may be down” for several hours to days until you’re chasing your doctor to phone in a verbal prescription to the pharmacist when the pharmacist very well knows if the store has this constant issue he/she could phone the doctor so you as a patient can feel better sooner.

It was our first visit to this NHP location. We went in booster shots. We waited 20 min. past our appointment even though there was no one at the pharmacy when we arrived. I am writing this more for the female staff who has to use the very dirty unsanitary bathroom on a daily basis. This bathroom room was so grimy it reminded me of an old gas station. The germy grime in the toilet & the sink would can only be at that level if it hasn't been cleaned in days. The floor was littered with hair & paper.I hope management would pick up the slack & provide a clean bathroom for their employees. I still appreciate the fact that there was a facility.

Worst pharmacy ever! They told me to wait 20 mins and then I waited over 30 mins. And then they told me to wait another 20 mins? CVS is so arrogant and slow!

This store has gone so downhill it is ridiculous. They do not have prescriptions on time and are always charging the wrong price. Management needs to check into the pharmacy dept.
