Although the person I spoke with from corporate JOVIA Customer service was as useful as a fork in a bowl of soup, the staff at Jovia Financial Credit Union in Franklin Square are outstanding. I was very fortunate to be helped by Albert. As anyone can imagine, when you’re account is locked and bills need to be paid it can be extremely frustrating. Albert greeted me with a soft tone & nice smile. Within minutes everything was rectified… something that the guy on the phone said was impossible for another 5 days.
