What a wonderful place. I called to see if they carried brown mulch, spoke to Mark and said they had plenty..I needed 18 bags. When I finally got there, Mark was so very polite and courteous and took care of me right away. Drove to the back of the store, and this young woman, Katelyn was all set to load the car . All 18 bags..I felt so bad that a young woman had to do this..Let me tell you what an amazing, awsome young woman she is..She picked up each bag, put it in the car, made sure there was room for all of them. She worked so fast and was so sweet about it..not a complaint out of her. Katelyn is a true asset to Ace and I truly hope she is acknowledged for being such an amazing employee there..Very satisfied customer here..Thank you Katelyn and Mark

Car key cut/programming isn’t a “real” service. They have only ONE person that “does it”, and nobody else knows a thing about it.Pay $300, and then have no clue when the fob will arrive, when the work can be scheduled, how long it’ll take, nor how to get this information.The “specialist” doesn’t have their own voicemail/extension, nor do they have an email address.Their availability is spotty(at best), and messages can’t be left for them.You’d be better off paying a mobile locksmith.

This is a very convenient location for this store, in a very busy shopping center. The store is not that big like. A home depot but has all the items that you want for that project around your house. Many other items for all your hardware needs. The best part of this store has to be one of the managers Kaitlyn who's amazing with her customer service and helpful behavior in finding the right items for the person. Aside from the excellent attitudes and knowledge here it's also a nice clean place.

My last visit to this store was early in the morning and a woman customer who didn’t buy anything was making a lot of returns. I didn’t see any merchandise but she had multiple receipts and appeared to be getting refunds. I was the only other customer and I waited on the checkout line 15 minutes while this woman was getting her refunds. Finally I saw the store manager walking by and I asked her if she could open up another cash register. She went to a register and then said she could only take credit cards and I was paying cash so couldn’t assist me. Just then the other customer finally finished and I went to that register. The manager at no time apologized for the long delay and inconvenience. Fifteen minutes is a long time to wait. A half hour TV episode is 22 minutes long. I could have watched most of a sitcom in the time I waited on the checkout line.

Yesterday (7/1/2023) went to this store for a TSA lock. We were told to go to aisle 21 and found a TSA lock which requires to put 3 digit code. Even after reading instructions we were confused so we figured we ask for help. A skinny middle age man with blonde hair who works there was rude and had an attitude. First he told me to stop interrupting him in a rude manner I said sorry I was polite. When he said he has same TSA lock we asked him for help since we were worried messing up the 3 digit code. He says to my spouse “instruction is in the back read it!” What an arrogant man clearly he is not happy with his job or he was racist towards us. We only asked since he said he had used the same exact lock. Thank you for your attitude we left the TSA lock there at store and went to Walmart found a tsa lock with a key instead of digits and it was way cheaper than ACE. So thank you Sir for your rude attitude it saved us money ?? and you lost a customer. If you continue this attitude this store you work at will go bankrupt by losing customers soon and you will be home without a job! Be thankful for your job and start treating your customer with respect regardless of race!

Good welcoming staff , but the store itself is in basement kinda area, where there is lots of stairs to reach to the bottom , yes there is escalator but worthless for heavy load , there is 1960 made red ambient looking elevator with only one person allowed policy …. And it’s non functional as of today March 25/2023

They always have what I am looking for. If not here, at a nother store. (3/31/23) Had to get with DSNY new rules and found the cans I need. And at a fair cost.

Very bad customer service. Bill who worked there last Saturday seemed like he didn't want to be there. Extremely rude when asking him a question about a product.I give them 2 stars because I did find what I was looking for.

I recently purchased a gas grill from this store and had a terrific experience! They had a sale so the price was very good (Weber Genesis) and included shipping and assembly. There was a small, minor glitch with the assembly, for which they came to my house and made the adjustment.I made the purchase over the phone, and the sales people and manager were extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this store.
