I finally walked a mile to this bank, which is opened from 10am-4pm Monday thru Friday and 11am-2pm Saturday during this pandemic. The bank was relatively busy I only used the ATM. Almost everyone wore face coverings, definitely the staff wore masks. There was a sign addressed COVID-19. No complaints and no issues using the ATM to withdraw money.

Citibank on 272-06 tpke. I went in to notarize a document which should taken no more than 5 minutes and ended up being here for an hour. While patiently waiting for some time, another customer walked in and the teller asks how she could be helped. She came in to notarize a document as well and was done within 2 minutes. I was livid as to why I didn't receive that same treatment when I walked in. NO ANSWER... The manager walked by me and did not acknowledge me. She just let me sit there. After 45 minutes, a representative finally came up to me, and she directed me to the teller. All I did was laugh and say, REALLY. I HAVE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR 45 MINUTES & I WAS COMPLETLY IGNORED. I truly dislike this location and everyone in it.

This was the slowest moving citibank I've ever been too. Only 2 people and no line when I came in and I waited like 20 mins to be taken care of.

This is the only branch I go to. I enjoy the ambience of the entire facility. Great staff. If you haven't had the chance to get to know the staff , I recommend that you do. Daniel is definitely a pleasure to see. Very attentive and helpful, funny as well! Looking forward to the next visit !
