The platform employee is rude, no smile until we completed our service request, headed down and watch cellphone in the cubicle. Sounds like I am owe the employee billions dollars. I will not stop by this branch anymore.

As long as the manager and the team will be there, you will always find professionals ready to assist you. But above all, you will find people that care. From the manager and the partners, all the way to new hires, everybody is very nice and helpful.

Very well staffed but just missing the right person you really need. I had to wait for 2 hours and was told to come back another day because they’re closing. The staff chat randomly among themselves, completely ignoring clients. Rude, biased staff. It’s a waste to have a branch there. I am being generous to give them a star

Went there as a Private Bank Client to make a large deposit. The tellers would not accept the deposit because it was for an investment account and I had to speak with a “Financial Advisor?!”. Of 2 women advisors one left her desk as soon as I walked in to take a lunch break and the other spent 30 minutes showing a customer how to use her app, while I was standing and waiting! The Manager Giancarlo Asante was not to be found?! First and last experience with a terrible branch of what is touted as a premier bank!

Due to my fathers failing health, I had to take over some of his responsibilities. Banking was one of them. I went to the branch that he always went to in Glen Oaks. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE customer service EVER.. I had some shopping to do and right next door was a Chase Bank. I decided to go inside. I was told Mr. Lewis Pinto III could help me and help me he did. I can't say enough how helpful he was. He went out of his way to make this already difficult time for us not anymore so. All of this he did with a smile. You really don't meet them like him anymore. He was very patient answering all of my questions for me.. This will be our branch from now on..
