I recently had an exceptional banking experience at Bank of America with Mahmoud. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my banking needs were met and exceeded.Mahmoud was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my financial goals and gave me valuable advice and guidance (yesterday and two weeks ago when I first opened my account). It was evident that he genuinely cared about customers’ well-being and was dedicated to helping me achieve my goals.I highly recommend Bank of America at Jericho Tpke, specifically Mahmoud, to anyone in need of banking services!

I open my account with a person name Mahmood and when even I called he is with clients, I spoke to William 3 times and he took my number , he was rude and saying we are busy , I ask for manager , she is out for lunch , I have a transfer from Canada, and they saying bank of america has ur money , every day I spend 2 to 3 hours to talk to some one but as per William he said we all are busy cuz of shortage of staff , so I am planing to move my account to citi bank , but my money is stuck in bank , and I have no idea what to do , before this manager there was a manager name sharara , she was best , so I dont know what to do ,but I am pretty sure William don't deserve to be in a bank , and men mood got my message 3 times and no call back , u guys decide that

I needed something a little out of the ordinary, and was directed to this branch. Was a time sensitive issue and when I arrived, the only person with the certification needed was on vacation. Instead of turning me away, 3 bank officers teamed up and used their resources to submit my paperwork at their branch, got them approved by a centralized back office, and proactively found another branch nearby where I could have the required signature guarantee stamp for my forms. Amazing customer service from beginning to end. The New Hyde Park branch, and the Syosset branch who worked with them, are both to be commended! I highly recommend!

I went in there because my brother passed away and I was trying to get something notarized and the notary refused to sign the paper unless I gave them my name address social security number mother's maiden name. I told them I do not want to open an account, several times. She claimed she's not opening an account for me, but she's going to sell my information to another division to market my information. Every other notary on the planet including Banks I've been to barely look at your driver's license to make sure you are who you say you are they sign it, they have a nice day. Here I am desperately trying to get a paper notarized for My Dead brother and this woman is harassing me to give all my personal information before she'll sign the paper. Absolutely worst bank on the planet. I would never never never go to a Bank of America especially this one. Don't ever go here.

Horrible drive through atm. Took my money and the claims team says it will take 2–9 days or 45 days !! Disappointed. The claims team agent didn’t even send me the survey for the call so I could rate her. She hung up on me!

Bad customer service. Lady on the counter nodded her head on every question. I asked will bank charge me fee if i take money out from my pay card. She replied i don't know.I entered in this building that was my mistake. Better not to enter here again.

I went to use the ATM at BOA and get slices of pizza next door for my family. My wife and child were sitting in the car with the car running as this was going to be a 5 minute errand tops. The second I got out of the car I got screamed at by "parking security" (who at the time had no idea I was even considering getting pizza in addition to the ATM). I was told that this was bank parking only. I explained I was going to the bank and then to get a slice of pizza (stupid on my part as I was told that I needed to move my car after using the ATM). I kindly said my wife and baby are seated in the car and my wife can move it if someone comes and cannot find parking (there were 10+ other open spots in the lot.) The guard immediately got on the phone to call a towing company. I asked if he was going to actually tow the car in 5 minutes with my wife and baby in it - he said yes. I went in and explained to the manager that I am a BOA customer and could not believe how I was spoken to in the lot. The manager had zero sympathy and proceeded to tell me that I can't use their parking for anything other than their bank - completely ignored the fact that my car was idle and never even left unattended!! A simple apology on behalf of the security guard would have gone a long way. Arrogance, plain and simple. Do not use this branch. Rude and slow. Plenty of others in the area even during COVID with kinder customer service where you won't get screamed at by "parking security."
